Fantastic experience: The staff are welcoming and helpful. I'd like to thank Sally, Sue and Hannah for all their help in organising swimming lessons for a family member. We were able to try two lessons before making a firm commitment. The This Girl Can classes are a great initiative for getting people who lack the confidence back into being active. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Been in there the last couple of weeks, it's very clean, the staff are very polite and helpful, and the gym, pool and classes are really good.

Fantastic experience: Only used the gym today ( first time I had visited the gym here ) Plenty of apparatus to work out on, excellent air conditioning & all the people that were there when I went, made sure they wiped the apparatus down after using it. Changing rooms were very clean & tidy.

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter as its school holidays, had great fun on the slide and with the floats, great clean facilities,plenty of lifeguards,lovely area for very young children or those with additional needs so very inclusive, my only issue were the adults who thought it was acceptable to try and lane swim??? Complaining about kids getting in the way

Fantastic experience: First time going here for the splash session. Beautiful swimming pool and fantastic for kids who can't swim (almost like walking into the sea with gradual slope). Kids said it was lovely and warm. As for me I was sweating buckets on the side line! Very well staffed with very friendly lifeguards. Plenty of floats balls etc for kids to use. Only niggle which I see in many swimming pools is people leaving their stuff in the changing cubicles so lots of people walking around to try to find empty ones (I didn't as I used 2 cubicles with other people's stuff in it) However overall absolutely great place to take kids.

Fantastic experience: It’s great to be able to book a splash session with my toddler and know that we don’t have to queue. It’s a 15 mile drive for us to visit, but it’s worth the effort. My daughter loves the water slide and the character floats. The changing rooms are unisex, which really suits families with children. Sometimes 2 pairs of hands are needed with toddlers . Highly recommended

Positive experience: Pool was great but changing area was way to small so when time changed over it was rammed and no where to get dry, there were nappies left in the changing rooms too. Slide was good and staff on the pool side were friendly.

Fantastic experience: We went yesterday for the first time for a swim. I brought my son along who has profound Autism and learning disabilities. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Which helps us have a more relaxed swim. We had the best time at the pool and will definitely return soon. I honestly can't think of any negative points. The pool is spacious and wasn't too busy.

Fantastic experience: Happy ???? Place, staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the cafe is not open for food, there are coffee and snack vending machines only, at this time.

Fantastic experience: I've used the gym at Cocksmoors a few times as I normally go to Foxhollies & I must admit its a better gym. It's more spaced out, more & better equipment. Staff are friendly & helpful & my son loves the pool. A nice place in general.

Positive experience: We came from far away the slid and the waves were very nice the children love them. But I believe there was too much chlorine in the water as we all started itching and my skin became too dry. Other than that the stuff were nice. I will give it another try soon.

Fantastic experience: I signed up last week, and I've been swimming twice. The facilities are great changing areas are clean. Covid-19 rules are well sign posted. The staff are fantastic and friendly. I was struggling today with swimming, and a lifeguard T (Teresa) showed me where I was going wrong, and when I thanked her, she said she was happy help, and it's her job to keep everyone safe. I'd just like to say another huge thank you to T . Im also happy and impressed to see that safety is Cocks Moors No.1 priority. It's also simple to book sessions on the app, exercise made easy and accessible.

Fantastic experience: Booked a family session today for my sister and I and our three children. What a seamless process; helpful staff and very clean. It made our day when they opened the slide and the lifeguard (named T) went out of her way to help us and our girls. The most fun hour we have had in a while - thanks to T and all other lifeguards for making it a great experience. Smiles all round ☺

Fantastic experience: Brilliant place, everyone I know has had a near death experience. I myself have nearly drowned and contracted an ear infection. The life guard yelled at my friend after they (a five year old) nearly drowned. And my nan died became of the facility

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience staff all so lovely and patient answering all my queries really appreciated how welcoming they were and could not have felt safer with their current covid rules in place will definitely return and probably become a member. Clean tidy far better than expected.

Fantastic experience: Review is of the swimming pool - not used the other facilities. I've been a fair amount with my not quite 2 year old and it is really nicely done. Little kiddie pool has a slide and floats in 4/5 inches of water which the kids can splash around in fairly independently then the main pool goes from a few inches and slowly slopes into the full depth swimming pool at the far end. Splash sessions (where all the floats come out and the water slide is opened up) are good natured and fine to be in with very small kids up to young teens.

Fantastic experience: My son has severe autism whenever I come here and some staff members have an issue and lack understanding the manager puts them all in there place. His such a lovely gentleman and his the reason I always come back here he is so understanding and has always been welcoming and has compassion and understanding for autism. But I think the staff need a little more understanding and training on autism and the fact that children or adults with autism can not wait so I think once they get this issue resolved it’s a lovely place. Always bring my son and nephews they absolutely love it here. We come here only for swimming never used any other facilities but it looks good.

Fantastic experience: One of the best leisure centres in the West Midlands! They provide a great modern gym, cafe and a great swimming pool too. The golf course is a treat too! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Always a fun place for a swim. Excellent level of cleanliness lovely bright swimming area with a slide for added fun. There is a gym fitness classes of various kinds a beauty shop a golf shop too. There is a cafe also. One side of the cafe looks out onto the golf course. Plenty of parking space. Staff are always friendly and helpful too.

Fantastic experience: Nice and local, friendly helpful staff. Great having the be active scheme as it means parents and kids can get fit for free. Outside the free activities there is a great choice of other activities and membership prices are very reasonable. If you live local it certainly Is a great place to get fit

Fantastic experience: I love this place and this is proof that life is about people and not buildings as the friends I meet here are fantastic but the building is somewhat jaded. It was great when it was built in the 80s, but so was I and now I have a dodgy hip and creaky knees. The lighting in the main hall is bad, it's like playing sport in a tunnel without a torch. Do not go here for a proper swim, it's about 1.6m deep at the deepest point and way under 25m long. It's a great pool for kids of all ages to have fun at though. If you just want to swim, head to Fox Hollies instead!!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of stations meaning that there is a minimal wait for equipment. The staff are friendly and more than willing to offer advice and guidance on the equipment. The pool is more designed for children than serious swimmers but it works for quick lengths before work.

Fantastic experience: Great place to go with too much activities to mention. The only negatives are; Reception was terribly slow with long queues and the changing rooms for swimming are mixed sex. They do have a very limited number of family changing rooms but you'll be lucky to find one that's empty. One the whole though, I would definitely recommend you give it a visit!

Fantastic experience: Excellent leisure centre our family visited to go swimming. Excellent facilities and reasonably priced, the pool has slides and a wave machine, there is a lovely cafe area and great staff there is also a great little outdoor play. Changing areas had plenty of space, family swims are usually a struggle for us squeezing into cubicles and trying to get everyone ready but here it was a breeze with lots of spacious family changing areas

Fantastic experience: Had a great time there, went for a swim with the kids and then to the roller disco after. Also had lunch in the on site cafe which was really nice. All the staff very helpful and polite. Yes the changing rooms were a bit messy but it was a very busy day and I personally don't hold the staff or site responsible for the lack of consideration by other customers who can't be bothered to clean up after themselves.

Fantastic experience: Helpful friendly staff. Gym clean and air conditioned with all new equipment. Brilliant choice of classes in the evening took by motivational people. Only use gym and classes so cannot comment on pool. I would recommend this gym
