Houghton Sports Centre and Wellness Centre is right in the centre of Houghton Le Spring in Sunderland. It’s is perfect place to visit to reach your health and fitness goals. The sports hall provides a great range of indoor and outdoor activities including first-class gymnastics, basketball, badminton and martial arts facilities. There’s also a dance studio where we host a range of group fitness classes, meeting rooms, indoor bowls and a skate park. There’s also an ultra-modern gym that features all the latest equipment. Furthermore, the outdoor 3G pitch can be used for rugby, football and athletics too.

Positive experience: Only been in Gym on a pay as you go basis. Limited equipment which looks a bit aged. Enjoyed the work outs that I've had. Staff helpful.

Positive experience: Lovely Spa but too many people allowed in for one session, difficulty finding a lounger. Third time, we've done this Spa afternoon but definitely not as good as previous visits.
