Fantastic experience: The staff here are great and now the refurb has happened and the ammonia smell has gone it's a 5 star from me. They are always great teaching in lessons with the kids and it's kept clean and tidy too.

Positive experience: Four stars based purely on the fact that there are some great members of staff. You get the odd one or two instructors who are a bit head in the clouds & to be honest kids didn't learn much. They seemed to disappear a couple of years ago now and over the last 12 months we've had some new members of staff. Enthusiastic, bossy, made the kids work, learn & importantly have fun. Also Mr Malcolm don't change, you & we deserve a new leisure centre which is long over due. Hopefully we get a few classes too??

Positive experience: Personally the staff were great when I couldn’t find my money they didn’t get annoyed at all but one thing I will comment on is that the channeling rooms are a bit dirty but every time I go it always gets a bit cleaner. It opens and closes at reasonable times and I will definitely be going again !

Fantastic experience: Recently had my daughter's fifth birthday party here. The staff were excellent, attentive, helpful and friendly. When A child was sick it was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. The party over ran the allotted time but there was no rushing. Great service, brilliant staff!!!
