Fantastic experience: We reserved a private dining space at the library suite after our wedding ceremony. It was perfect. The staff were friendly and treated us with complete respect. The food was fantastic. I couldn't recommend the hotel any more highly!

Fantastic experience: Booked for our company meeting followed by an evening meal and stay. The business rooms are super and a good variety lunch was served. We had a pleasant evening in the restaurant , excellent food and service, especially from a young man named Etienne who was extremely polite and responsive. We will be returning.

Fantastic experience: Fab dog-friendly hotel. We were so impressed with the level of customer service across both the hotel and spa, and Winnie (our pup) loved all the little extras included in the room for her. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and we'll be sure to rebook whenever we're visiting Leeds.

Fantastic experience: We had a very enjoyable stay in Leeds, Yorkshire, staff very friendly and helpful and can recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and happy stay. Also the rooms are clean and tidy everyday, comfy beds, but I have one complaint though, the showers are too small and not enough room to shower. Overall an excellent hotel and staff.

Fantastic experience: Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna & steam rooms set at perfect temperatures. Relaxing light & airy lounge area by the pool to chill out with a free drink between laps. All very clean & hygienic. Staff very friendly.

Fantastic experience: We had a fabulous half day spa experience here. From the welcome to the excellent beauty therapy by Karina to the 5 star facilities and healthy but ample 2 course lunch. We would have preferred lunch at the end but apart from this, we couldn't fault it. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Spent one night at this hotel. Check in was quick with friendly staff. The room was spacious, I would say bigger than the UK average. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. There was coffee, tea, hot chocolate in the room, also a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable with two choices of pillows. The spa was really good, the pool is very good size. The steam room, the sauna, and the Jacuzzi were also great. The breakfast is table service, and was tasty. I would visit again.

Fantastic experience: I visited this hotel twice with my friend and each time was sublime. All the staff go above and beyond and have incredible customer service. The rooms and facilities are clean and tidy. Meal services are wonderful with an extensive wine selection. Special mention to one of the waiting team, jasmine, who was an absolute delight. Looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic experience: My friend and I have just had a 2 day Spa Deal and again was not disappointed. This is our 4th time and we loved every minute. The food is amazing the treatments are 5* and the rooms are spotless. We would like to give a special thank you to both Anna & Dan. Anna looked after us during lunch and made us feel so special she is a lovely friendly young lady and Dan he looked after us during breakfast both mornings and again he is so friendly and very welcoming. Fantastic experience: My wife is undergoing chemo at the moment and wanted to celebrate mother's day where she felt safe. A member of staff was sensational in knowing we had covid concerns and ensured we felt safe throughout our visit. It was a special family day thanks to this lady. We had to rush at the end to meet our taxi time and couldn't thank the lady personally. Hopefully she gets the recognition and appreciation she deserves

Fantastic experience: My friend and I visited for an overnight spa package with evening meal. The staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. The hotel was immaculate. Spa was nice, but would of preferred more time in the spa. Corrina did my massage, she was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Laura on the spa reception was so kind and inviting. Our evening meal was superb, one young member of staff with long earrings was more than accomodating and friendly, sorry I think she called Amelia. Breakfast lovely. Wish we could of stayed longer....only comment had a bath and couldn't stop the taps, but told the reception staff and thankfully no flood....

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place! I stayed there for a few nights and everything was amazing. The room was always cleaned to a high standard, fresh flowers in the public areas and the restaurant had a great team. In particular, we had a great server for evening meals and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He literally knew everything so the service was perfect! Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for 2 nights here whilst visiting for a wedding. The whole time has been wonderful, with full access to the spa and fitness suite. The staff have been helpful, kind, and pleasant. They are a wonderful asset to the hotel and spa. The rooms are really great, quiet, with treats provided on arrival. They have fresh filtered water and milk provided in clean dispensers, along with recycling bins in the rooms, which was a good method of keeping to the reduced waste iniative. The televisions could do with more apps installed so that guests have access to more than just the terrestrial TV. During our visit, there were a few children staying around the ages of 10 - 14 who were running up and down the corridors very late at night, making a lot of noise to the point another guest had to come out and speak to them. Some discrete patrols throughout the corridors from the staff could have alleviated the potential stress and conflict this behaviour creates but children will be children!

Fantastic experience: Excellent hotel high quality great service. Great spa and pool, sadly told it was available from 6am to 10pm went down to pool Thursday 2nd June 7:05am went into pool had a swim then went to sauna, steam room and jacuzzi only to find all turned off and room doors propped open. On reporting the situation to a member of staff she came out and said we had left the doors open and everything was switched on. No it wasn't I decided to leave and was told that the circuit breaker had been switched off so wasn't going to work, just shows no member of staff went and checked that everything was working. The following morning Friday 3rd June I went down to the pool at 6:40am and was told the pool doesn't open till 7am. It appears the staff at the hotel reception don't know that the spa and pool operate different opening times on bank holidays.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I arrived at the hotel earlier than expected and very kindly we were checked in by the staff on reception. Upon arrival at our room we were met with a chilled bottle of prosecco. The room was very comfortable with robes and slippers set out,along with a great selection of toiletries. Due to our early check in we had full use of the facilities for the whole afternoon before dining in the restaurant that evening. The food was excellent and our waitress, Laura Cullen,was very attentive and engaging. The pool,sauna,steam room and jacuzzi were fabulous. Definitely be looking forward to staying here again.

Fantastic experience: Comfortable and caring at a very difficult time for the family. The warm and comfortable embrace of the surroundings was exactly what I needed as we lost our Father. The girls at the desk remembered not to say 'Enjoy your Day' as we left in the morning and it is touches such as these that made a very hard time bearable. Access for me, as a wheelchair user was great and I could get a shower with ease. I wish I'd had time to try the Spa and the Pool, but not this time. Perhaps next time....? Thank You everyone. Fantastic experience: We stayed for 3 nights in a suite and it was lovely. The staff were amazing, spa was wonderful, pool area was very clean. We had breakfast, afternoon tea, lunch and an evening meal (not all on the same day!) and couldn't fault it. The alcohol is a bit overpriced and more towards London City prices so be prepared!

Fantastic experience: Secure site and parking, modern, stylish reception n café courtyard. Rooms are good and clean. The spa looks very enticing- maybe next time for me, although it is busy so u may need to book. I ate dinner in the main restaurant which had a good atmosphere. Bizarrely, I was seated in the same place for breakfast. Food on both occasions was good - table service only. It is a lively hotel during the day too with many people meeting for coffee n lunch. I'd recommend.

Fantastic experience: Our son's wedding was held at the hotel. We stayed 2 nights. I'm please to say the hotel was nice and warm. The rooms were spotless, the bed comfortable and we were lucky enough to have one of the suites. The tea and coffee was replenished and clean cups. The staff were approachable and friendly. Fantastic experience: Attending a baby shower today with a group of other ladies has been the best afternoon out in a long long time and it was very welcome. The staff were really attentive and the two ladies serving us in the library were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them and they bent over backwards to help one of our party with her gluten free diet. It was a very happy afternoon made all the more special by the surroundings and ambience. Very clean, very sparkly and very tempting to go again. Thank you very much

Fantastic experience: Loved our stay here! Staff were really friendly, chatty and went out of their way to help. The spa is fabulous, amazing food (cater well for vegans) and lots of thoughtful extra touches in the rooms. Looking forward to coming back again.

Fantastic experience: Just left after a 2 night break for our wedding anniversary, and to say we were impressed with our stay would be an understatement. The two things that stand out for us are how clean the hotel is and how friendly the staff are. Every single person we spoke to was helpful, kind and had a beaming smile to greet us with. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room (402) was nice and big, amazing coffee machine and incredibly comfy bed. Love the milk and water machines outside the room; made a nice change to see a hotel so obviously making an effort to be as environmentally friendly as they can be. The food isn't the best you will ever eat but it is perfectly edible and served with such enthusiasm you can forgive the slight lack of perfection. Well recommended, you will not be disappointed if you stay here.

Fantastic experience: We love resulting in these present circumstances inn. My better half has an ordinary space as a performer here so we've been commonly. The rooms are beautiful and huge, the pool is incredible and the attendant is so sweet. The most awesome aspect, all things considered, to be the bar/eatery however. The staff are altogether remarkable, the food is tasty and it's all around very much run. 10/10

Fantastic experience: We booked through Secret Escapes and got a very good deal. We've been here for 4 nights and leaving tomorrow morning. The room is lovely with absolutely everything you could possibly need including iron, hairdryer and lovely toiletries. The swimming pool is an added bonus. The staff here are amazing and Lesley at breakfast is so friendly and efficient. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights and the food was of a very high standard generally. Breakfast is freshly prepared and very good quality and variety. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back again.

Fantastic experience: I came here for a spa day out with my friend, we had a facial and back massage. The lady who did the facial was called Lottie, she was so sweet and the whole facial was an amazing experience thanks to her! She made me feel so calm and explained all the products she was using on my skin. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt amazing and soft. Would definitely recommend !

Fantastic experience: We booked our 1 night stay through Secret Escapes the day before due to cancellation of another trip. We were contacted on the morning of our night stay which we booked our breakfast, dinner and two hour pool session with. The room was lovely and clean. The dinner was superb, myself and my husband were served by Michael and he looked after us so well. It was honestly the best dinner we have ever had in hotel Everyone was so friendly and helpful and made our last minute stay really worth while. The only downside was that our pool session was just too busy.

Fantastic experience: We love coming to this hotel. My husband has a regular slot as a musician here so we've been many times. The rooms are lovely and big, the pool is great and the concierge is so sweet. The best part of all has to be the bar/restaurant though. The staff are all fabulous, the food is delicious and it's really well run. 10/10
