Fantastic experience: I recently started going to THe Arc. . We have been 6 times in the past month . I have to say ,,the staff are amazing . On reception are 2 Ladies . One is called Rachel and I’m not sure of the second lady who has straight dark hair . Both very welcoming , helpful and friendly with my little boy who was nervous . When I the water There was a lifeguard who was firm in making sure the rules were followed ensuring safety for all . I spoke to her and thanked her at the end of the swim session . Her name is Caitlin . She made sure no one a little older messing in the small kids pool. Fantastic staff . The changing room are very clean and plenty of cubicles and lockers . They Could do with more options with the slide and small pool being open . That is the only negative point .

Positive experience: Use it 5 days a week, gym, swim and classes. Good variety 8f classes, staff helpful and friendly, I love the place personally.

Positive experience: Great place, not sure it's big enough for all the users. Could be my covid spacious thoughts but it could easily double in size

Positive experience: Joined a couple of weeks ago. Friendly staff and good range of facilities. Very good value. Only gripe is I have not had use of the steam room as it has been shut for weeks due to a fault.

Fantastic experience: Excellent for disabled, two full changing rooms with hoist and changing bed, shower, toilet etc, lots of room, then two chairs for entering the pool using the poolside pod which lowers into the pool. Staff very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Great sessions with the slide and the inflatable aquafun with very good prices - just £2 for a session of 1 hour. The cafe is great too. 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Swimming lessons are great, although if can take a while to move through the level as the swim stroke needs to meet the standard. The gym is great too. The place is clean and they adhere to social distancing, staff very friendly and helpful

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been having cycling lessons from Tom and Ben on a Sunday morning. They’re both fantastic and the class is excellent. These guys are a credit to the leisure centre. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Really easy to join,And from then on all you do is walk in ,scan your wristband , done ...Only one negative ,,,,There is different music playing throughout the building which bleeds into one big mess especially in the swimming pool which is way too loud when aerobics is on

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, pool and sauna / steam are clean and well maintained, the gym is huge and packed with a wide range of equipment to cover everyone’s needs and the wide variety of classes throughout the day offer something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Love the swimming baths as there is a working slide a warm pool for the young people and a main pool which is a nice temperature followed by (at a certain day) a large inflatable obstacle course which is amazing! Lovely staff,very friendly and I'll be visiting again soon!

Fantastic experience: Love arc go.3 times a week for aqua fit once a week for Pilates. Wish there were more Pilates classes after 5pm

Fantastic experience: Having been so impressed with my granddaughters swimming lessons here I decided to start swimming again after many years . The summer timetable is superb. Sessions for lessons sessions for family fun sessions for public swims and more. All the staff are so nice and helpful and make you feel welcome. I'm quite happy to go along on my own because of this. Really recommend the Arc. They go out of their way to encourage everyone to participate.
