Fantastic experience: Lovely facility. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is good.

Fantastic experience: This is really good place for leisure activities. They have swimming pool, sona , jacuzzi etc. I visited their gym. They have really amazing machines and free weights for workout. Machine are AI enabled, they automatically calculate your ROM and provide you better insights. They also do classes.

Fantastic experience: Pick an off peak time and you can socially distance. Plenty of antibac . Great equipment good atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Nice Olympic sized pool, balcony very hot. Didn't see much else but had a café and bar. Also had a sports hall they were playing badminton in.

Fantastic experience: Modern leisure centre with space for various activities including swimming, martial arts, badminton,football etc - Coventry FC academy home. There is a cafe which serves English meals and drinks. Parking is available. Staff were lovely

Fantastic experience: Alan Higgs is, far superior than at7 Centre. It's much cleaner than at7 Centre. I always go to Alan Higgs. Because at7 centre is a s*******. And I keep taking my money every month. If I was you I would do it go to the at7 centre go to Alan Higgs instead

Fantastic experience: Staff are lovely shame the pool is split for adults to swim in the shallow end and kids in the deep end but overall nice jacuzzi is a tad cold though

Fantastic experience: Spot on everything about the facilities, childrens swimming lessons also have really good teachers, my daughter has had issues with poor teaching at 2 previous swimming centres, alan higgs with have had no issues with at all really impressed.

Fantastic experience: After finding it very difficult to get through by telephone recently Simon was extremely helpful today via email talking me through the wellness app allowing me to book classes using the app which is very easy to do

Fantastic experience: State of the art facilities, very clean, newly built 50m swimming pool, good health suite, good variety of equipment in the gym. My only complaint is the health suite is not open on weekends which seems odd.

Positive experience: I played football there as cover for a regular player who could not play. Excellent quality indoor pitches. The pictures are indoors but does not have any heating so can be cold on winter nights where glove and tracking bottoms will come handy

Positive experience: Attended for a swimming gala. Facilities are clean, tidy and good quality. Impressive venue would visit if we lived closer.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities. The whole venue has just been refurbished. The swimming pool is excellent changing area and showers are nice and big, plenty of room. The gym has all new equipment. Great value for money on the memberships.

Fantastic experience: So lucky to have this leisure centre no more than a mile or so away from my house. Spotlessly clean changing rooms, nice little cafe, jacuzzi, sauna ... and all for £20 per month. Let's hope it doesn't have to shut down again because of COVID!

Fantastic experience: Great place for all sports. The gym is really clean with great staff. There is no big egos and everyone is helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is great and the Changing facilities are top notch. The prices per sessions are reasonable and the memberships are cheap for everything you get. The outdoor pitches are superb and the skate park is well looked after. Parking is free.

Fantastic experience: First time I have used the pool here, changing area was nice and clean, staff were helpful and the pool was great. Shame about the public swimmers that can't read a sign and make the swim more difficult for others, but you can't have it all.

Fantastic experience: A state of the art facility offering all my physical activity needs such as a brand new 50m olympic size swimming pool. Really love it. Very close to my home.

Fantastic experience: Took the grandchildren swimming during the family swimming sessions run here. They had a fantastic time and loved the rafts and other play equipment provided. Due to Covid restrictions we were limited to an hour but that was plenty of time. The centre was clean and hygienic and the family sized changing booths were more than adequate.

Fantastic experience: Good coffee and bacon sandwiches. Good to see boys keeping fit and enjoying the football. No mud here. Worth the 90 mile round trip on a saturday morning. Girls team worth a watch future England stars i think

Fantastic experience: This place is really nice, as they keep the locker rooms clean, especially when it comes to the pool area you have nothing to worry about as its very sanitary!

Fantastic experience: New swimming pool is impressive. Plenty of space if all 4 quaters are public (and probably enough if only half left).Hot showers, some in cubicles. Very handy electronic lockers. And Dyson hairdryers! The timetable also facilitates steady flow rather than all people coming and going at the same time (like in Xcel ☹).

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. I’m a relatively new member. It’s super clean and is nicely equipped with mostly everything. Could benefit from a second cable machine and a hack squat set up but on the whole it’s a great place to workout. Great 50m pool too. Love it, great staff too, well done guys

Fantastic experience: The new indoor pitch is great but there is 1 major issue. It is way too hot inside as there no windows or vents. The temperature inside was a minimum of 25 to 30 degrees and really humid. Imagine paying football inside when it’s that warm. Alan Higgs can you please sort this out.

Fantastic experience: Had my son's first birthday party and also attended two parties. Very nice place. Neat and clean. Soft play part area for kids is of reasonable size. Friendly staff. Have also played badminton with friends in the evening. Decent size parking lot. Overall good sports and leisure centre.

Fantastic experience: I love the gym here. It's light and spacious. There is a creche with soft play area, and loads of different classes and activities. Free car park always has spaces. Nice friendly staff too, very helpful. :)

Fantastic experience: I've really been enjoying their gym (and creche facilities for my 2.5yo). Nice modern gym, changing rooms and facilities are clean. The free car park has loads of spaces and you're never parked far from the entrance. My little boy loves the creche and the staff even remembered his unusual name, including taking the trouble to pronounce it correctly. The lady on reception was super helpful giving me directions around the building on my first visit. The centre doesn't currently have a swimming pool, so I can't wait for the new 50m one to be built (I believe work will start summer 2018), it will be a real asset to the centre.

Fantastic experience: It was amazing went there every Sundays for football. Amazing astro turf. The facilities are amazing. Everything was built to the best. Now they're adding a swimming pool. They have indoor football pitch gym outside football pitch

Fantastic experience: This fitness centre has all the facilities to cater for anyone either wanting to do classes, gym training or relaxing. The friendly staff are always ready to help and are knowledgeable in this field.

Fantastic experience: Used to use this gym unfortunately, due to surgery am unable to at the moment. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and supportive. Im only posting in response to even up the negative reviews. I now walk my dog around the centre and still the staff are friendly and welcoming. All in all I have not a bad word to say about the place and can only assume the bad reviewers have been extremely unlucky given the positive support I've experienced.
