Fantastic experience: Lovely gym with really wonderful staff. The kit is well maintained. I've never had such a positive and friendly experience with the gym. I've personally had a member of staff spend over an hour teaching me how to do certain excercises. I would thoroughly recommend this gym to everyone. The owner pops over to say hello, see how you are. There is always a welcome hello from staff members at the door and every experience I've had with gym goers has been positive. All in all, a great place to be for everyone.

Fantastic experience: This is a gem of a gym. Its tucked away on an industrial estate but once you find it you see how grand it is. A substantial car park, opening at 6am and closing 10pm, dumbbells up to 50kg, four squat racks, a crazy number of cable machines, countless FID benches, all types of back and leg machines, jacobs ladders... are all reasons this has become one of my go to gyms. They have all types of cardio machines too. It's location is perfect for a pre-work gym session if you work close to Ryton or the surrounding area. The staff are all extremely friendly and seem to only want to create the best environment possible to see people thrive. It really is a great gym (and no I haven't been given freebies to post this).

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, they have massage therapy on sight, physiotherapist too. Personal trainers available. The owner is a friendly welcoming lady who has so much knowledge about fitness. Highly recommend ????

Positive experience: The gym is alright, squat racks are very good, staff are friendly. BUT.. I am giving 4 stars for a few reasons, as I cant use the leg press machine, which has always been an essential piece of equipment for me; and I would like few more back machines and few more leg machines, I'm 6ft 4 and there is no way to adjust the leg press and not enough range off motion and it puts far to much strain on me. Which does leave leg day slacking for me. Some parts of the gym is squished and you do feel like your navigating through a maze at times waiting for your elbow or head smack against something (mainly near the squatting area). Which I have done a few times, which is not ideal when moving heavy weights off racks or getting weights onto racks and hopefully when the company profits a little more they can spread out into the other room. It can get busy and be nearly full but then again every gym can, but not as bad as somewhere like pure gym where you'd be lucky to even get onto a treadmill... on the bright side the quality of gym equipment is far better than any of that techno s*** you get in common hotel gyms and the range of motion and rep quality is superior.
