Fantastic experience: Excellent CrossFit box, recently opened! Love the space and the class size. Highly recommended! Later edit: I've been going to this CrossFit box for the past few months and I'm very happy with the programming, the workouts and the progress I'm making. I particularly love the Thursday evening strength class (Olympic weightlifting) and I'm striving to never miss it. Love love love!

Fantastic experience: Great new Crossfit Box in the neighbourhood (much needed!!): I really liked the coaching style (small classes of max 6 people allow an almost-PT environment), workout programme (a good balance between strength and metabolic conditioning) and equipment (brand new barbells, weights etc). Highly recommend it to anyone starting off their Crossfit journey!
