Fantastic experience: First session and absolutely loved it ..learnt a few things about myself I.e. can't skip lol....but also found some strengths that I am proud of....the trainers and fellow fitness buddies are all encouraging and supportive..and a good measure of humour is welcomed to spur you on. Felt like I was in professional hands and personal safety was protected.will be returning and recommending to others.
