Fantastic experience: 5 star gym 5 star service Gym has the best equipment you can get your hands on ! Super clean and both George and Steve are super friendly and helpful. I went to steve with a grade two tear hamstring and I honestly couldn’t recommend there services enough! He helped me massively with my rehabilitation and I will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym with top facilities. Met with Steve after suffering with a back injury for a few months. Steve put me through a session of stretches and specific movements in order to identify the cause of my back pain. Steve then invited me back a week later for acupuncture and deep tissue treatment and after just two sessions overall my back pain is very minimal and my body movement has improved. Can’t rate Trax performance highly enough. Great set up and very professional.
