Fantastic experience: Having never previously entertained the idea of personal training, Matt and the rest of the team at Ealing Personal Training have made exercise a truly rewarding activity for me again after years of relative sporting inaction. Taking place in a friendly environment, the sessions at EPT never fail to get the best out of me. I give full credit to Matt and EPT for my new-found appetite for health and fitness, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Matt at Ealing Personal Training for over three years. Matt was recommended to me for his one to one training and specifically for rehabilitation. I had a really bad back and could barely move. Within months I was much stronger and had much better mobility. Matt has motivated me, encouraged me and most importantly kept me strong! Compared to other gyms Ealing Personal Training is a completely different gym environment with great trainers. It’s a lot nicer than other local gyms and there’s a lot more community. I would highly recommend Matt and Ealing Personal Training.

Fantastic experience: Matt at Ealing Personal Training cured me of a lifelong aversion to the idea of gyms and personal training! I'd always been sporty but lacked the initiative or desire to do regular gym work on my own. When I was told that I had high blood pressure I decided that I needed to do something, went to Matt and nearly 4 years later I'm still training with him. Matt's measured approach takes you up to your limit and just a bit beyond without you realising it. During the lockdown Matt switched seamlessly to online sessions which have been working really well. The facilities at the gym itself are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. And it's great value for money. Keep up the good work guys.

Fantastic experience: Matt is a great PT - I was reluctant to return to gym training after being put off elsewhere but Matt, and the other trainers, are all welcoming and super helpful. The focus is on providing proper personalised sessions to suit your ability and Matt is always adaptable when I need to swap sessions due to work. He’s been great during lockdown, setting up shorter HIIT sessions via Zoom. Tough training at times, but always with a smile.
