Fantastic experience: Five stars again! Very welcoming - particularly like the entrance experience with bar and raised "meet and greet" area. Equipment, pool etc. first class and well-maintained. Plenty of staff always eager to help. Overall makes the pursuit of fitness enjoyable rather than just hard work!

Fantastic experience: Been a member at Eden for a couple of years now - I would highly recommend it. Good gym, good staff, and personal trainer Paul is exceptional. The Eden difference is the customer service / friendliness. If you have been to a big chain like David Lloyd then you will know what it feels like to be treated like a number - whereas the service at Eden if friendly and attentive. The gym is compact - compared to a David Lloyd or a Park Club - and it does get busy at peak time, esp on a Monday. So it very much depends upon your routine and whether that impacts you or not. I go before work and no absolutely no issues, similarly for later in the evenings. The equipment is of a good standard and well maintained. Classes look fun and varied but never use them. As with all gyms choose your trainer wisely, interview then, see if their approach and philosophy matches yours needs.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Ealing! - great equipment, lovely pool, sauna stream room etc - good classes and it is very clean - there is always someone cleaning something. Personal trainers are also really good!

Fantastic experience: Joined a month ago and am so far enjoying the fitness and aqua classes. Feel as though I am improving my fitness already and that must be partly due this super Gym with it's lovely Pool. Staff and instructors are friendly and welcoming. The facilities are always kept clean and well maintained. So glad I joined - Next step a Personalised Program!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym, excellent modern, well kept facilities, & has everything I need! For me, Eden delivers that personal experience that you don't get in any of the 'big brand' clubs! It's refreshing to see a fitness team who are enthusiastic about their jobs and are professional, knowledgeable and always happy to help! Keep it up Eden.

Fantastic experience: First of all i must thanks to Michelle for selling heaven to me, Eden must be in my top 3 gyms i’ve trained in. With all the right machinery and great PT there’s not much more one would need. Facilities are 5* great pool sauna and steam gives that extra care you need that other gym don’t offer. Since joining Eden my injuries have disappeared thanks too PT Juliana, whom gave my the best exercise for my joint pains, thanks Juliana for making my experience pain free.

Positive experience: This gym was a great place. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their facilities are good and relatively clean. They have a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a basic gym. They also have a great reception area to chill and have a great smoothie too. I'd recommend it to anyone in the local area who wants to join a luxury health club to maintain fitness and have a place to relax. Could be lit up better in some areas.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Professionalism , Quality Clean, friendly, nice pool, sauna area etc. open till late. very resourceful when I inadvertently sabotaged one of their lockers.

Positive experience: Probably the nicest gym/pool in that area, that is when the hot water works but seems OK at the moment. The gym is on the smaller side but they've done well with the space available. Be careful in the sauna.. easily able to burn yourself.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, nice pool and steam sauna, and more over...amazing Zumba class! I like its positive, energetic and friendly atmosphere. There are classes incl. Zumba from late evening like from 8pm, which works for working parents like me. It’s not the cheapest but i do recommend compared to what you get :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Good equipment, facilities and staff especially Steve on reception. Steve couldnt be any more helpful and professional. Top man and a credit to the gym. Tom, Danni, Michelle and Dimple are all very nice too. Instructors Alyas, George and Evan are excellent. Attendants Khalid and Saiful are top guys. All the team are great. See you all soon! Ousss!

Fantastic experience: A real hidden gem! The gym is quite small but in a good way, it’s got everything you need for both cardio and lifting but is rarely busy. I’m not a class person myself but apparently they’re very good. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are amazing! The place has a real luxury feel to it. The staff are also super friendly. If you’re in the area and looking for a high end gym then look no further!

Fantastic experience: Family-owned independent gym with all the best equipment, a lovely pool and regular classes of all kinds by top instructors. Wide variety of membership plans from virtual only, to all on-site, to flexi-plans, to a mixture of virtual and on-site. Great personal trainers available; handy location between Ealing Broadway and West Ealing. Stop in for a visit.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place a little but of local luxury without pretentiousness . The staff are brilliant, the facilities super and the customers are frieny to each other without having to be 'best of friends!'. It's easy to get to and from, it just works. If you enjoy classes there are plenty to choose from, free weights or machines are all there and swimming pool, sauna, or jacuzzi all there and no one dominates anything it's quite easy to move in and around the gym. It has everyone from more older people keeping toned, to beginners and also very well trained and knowledgeable customers who are very serious about muscle and fitness and health. It just really works.

Fantastic experience: Very welcoming, more personal and relaxed than other gyms that maybe larger but I find more industrial.

Fantastic experience: I joined Eden TV last year. It was and is a God's sent lifeline. their online life streaming classes are excellent. Good variety and mix of fun and very professional instructors. Online classes now fit perfectly into my increasingly busy life style. I'm fitter and leaner than ever. Sincerely hoping they will continue with online classes.

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Such an amazing gym. I'm currently 6 months pregnant and needed a comfortable facility to swim and get some cardio in. The staff are lovely and friendly, Luna showed me around and she was really bubbly.

Fantastic experience: Good little gym if you don't like crowdy clubs, but it can be better as there is always room to improvement. Poonam was helpfull this evening.

Fantastic experience: A lovely environment to train and relax in. The club are handling the difficult circumstances very well, with the priority being member safety. Staff are rigorously cleaning and maintaining hygiene protocols meaning I always felt in good hands. Strongly recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed my time at Eden fitness. All the classes are great some good one at the beginning of this year. Unfortunately i am leaving London now so have to cancel my subscription and Poonam who looked after me was really helpful and quick to answer all my questions. Will miss the swimming pool, the great atmosphere and everyone. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Best gym experience i had so far. Due to work reasons i had to move out of the area, and even though i had a 1 year membership they understood my situation and i was able to cancel my membership for free. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Joined Eden over 7 years ago and have been a member ever since, the best gym in Ealing by far. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, Love training here, the ambiance is just perfect to do my work out, great classes something for everyone, have had PT as well and all the Personal trainers are all extremely helpful, can say from admin staff/reception and members of the gym are friendly, a great atmosphere. To top it up a beautiful swimming pool, saunas steam room and jacuzzi To relax. Perfect for me.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first experience of Eden Fitness and what an experience it was. One of the first things that struck me was how friendly the staff are. Although the gym is high end, there is a fun family vibe here that isn’t intimidating like some gyms have. I booked in to one of the new Eden Raw classes and the class was excellent. The two fitness instructors led the class very well and though it was a lot of hard work it was also it of fun! The facilities where great too. They also do there own range of organic health products which is a really nice touch, I look forward to trying them soon. I will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Excellent place! I signed up for swimming lessons with Roz and ended up with a membership. Staff is lovely and very welcoming. I only use the pool & sauna area and it's always a great experience. Impeccably clean at any time of the day. I thoroughly recommend this place. I really don't think you could find better gym& fitness facilities in the area. Eden is the perfect name for it, indeed :) Thank you so much for creating such a peaceful oasis ❤️

Fantastic experience: Lovely swimming Pool and lots to do at the gym. Very professional team there and helpful too. Well worth a visit Annual membership deals for over 50's too!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this exquisite gym. The staff are welcoming and the facilities up to date. The pool, sauna, steam room and rest rooms are expertly clean and I have always left feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

Fantastic experience: This place feels like there should be a forbidden fruit hidden in it! I've been a member for 3 years now and can honestly say that it's the best gym I've been a member of. The most remarkable thing about this place is the customer service; they do go above and beyond what you would expect. I especially must say thanks to Steve, Alex, Cassy, Evan and co. at the front desk who are always so welcoming. I'm surprised to see negative reviews on here about contracts etc. as they have been more than accommodating when I've needed to freeze for myself or my wife had had to extend her membership due to maternity. The gym classes are great, I particularly like the 'total cardio, circuits and boxing classes', yoga is great too! I have suggested that there be more high impact or boxing type classes which may encourage more gents which they are looking at. i hear there are a number of new classes coming. Great sauna and steam room. Very relaxing pool area. What are the downsides? A bit crowded at peak times and no cycle studio. However I'm willing to put up with this for all the other great things this place has to offer.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Eden enough! Amazing staff, lovely venue and facilities and brilliant classes. Trainers are all very knowledgeable and helpful. We managed to speak to the owner today and I made some suggestions about new classes I'd be interested in. He was very receptive to new ideas, however the proof is in the pudding! Overall I've loved being a member here, the only downside is that it's a little small but this is more than compensated for by all the other things going for it.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. There's a great atmosphere here; a fun place to workout, the reception staff are brilliant and a good social side too. Being privately owned the gym maintains a friendly and personal feel, unlike the big corporates. If ever I'm stuck on any piece of equipment there are always staff around to help. There's a great pool area too, plus a bar area for apres exercise.

Fantastic experience: This gym is definitely a cut above the rest. Friendly staff and very very clean at all times. They are the only gym in the area to sell organic products and organic coffee. Been a member for 4 years now and I would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a gym.
