It was very professional with the right approach to all trainings, always in a good mood, high motivation. There were days when I had no energy, George immediately found the words to pick me up and we finished our training to the end and with a good result! Sam, one of the managers was very accommodating to my needs having brought my suitcase and needing to charge my phone also, he was helpful and very friendly - the overall gym is stacked and you'll find you'll have everything you need here in particular.

Fantastic experience: What can I say. Georgi completely understood my personal circunstantes and designed my plan to cater for it. My goal was to build my muscle mass back up again with all over body workouts and boy we achieved this. My body shape has changed, my thighs, arms and back have developed so much. My plans were a good mixture of working different body parts which really kept me interested. He is always there to listen to me and change things on my plan where it seemed fit. He detailed approach to nutrition and fitness plans has exceeded my expectations. He is always at hand when needed, responds to messages quickly and is really good in making you feel motivated.The feedback videos are my weekly highlights. Fantastic experience: I was trained for 7 weeks by Georgi Chapov at The Gym Group Fulham. He really knows how to train you properly and pays attention to all you are doing, eating, drinking throughout all the period you work out with him. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer. I’ve seen significant changes on my body in only 7 weeks. He is very professional , very attentive and very passionate in his job. Fantastic experience: One of the most cleanest and spacious gyms I've ever been too. The staff are super friendly and see them regularly cleaning and tidying up. couldn't recommend this gym enough. thanks to the management of the gym.
