F45 Training Fulham

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous people and trainers. Everyone down to earth and approachable whilst being superfit and motivating. Jodie and Neville have created the most amazing team of trainers - all fit and gorgeous but utterly personable, funny, supportive and inspiring. Importantly the soundtrack to the workouts is always amazing and the workouts are constantly changing so never boring. I have loved my 8 week challenge and I am looking forward to continuing my F45 journey into 2022 xx

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t worked out in a few months before F45 and in my first class I was a bit (a lot) of a mess. 4 weeks later I feel so strong and healthy. What really makes this gym unique is that the staff and clients are SO friendly, I have made a few good friends out of it. They have really created a great atmosphere and push you to your full potential.

The trainers have amazing energy, are super friendly and encouraging and always ensure you are doing the exercises correctly, which is exactly what you want in a gym. The owner is also a lovely person and this place truly feels like a community.
