Fantastic experience: Very friendly community atmosphere. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Impressive Gym equipment from machines, free weights to Rig. Impressive class timetable with wide variety of fitness & creative classes run by some of the most experienced & renowned teachers in North London (Zumba to Pilates). The most comprehensive & friendliest fitness center in Crouch End. No bland, soulless corporate vibe here. So welcoming!????????

Positive experience: You get what you pay for. It's a very small gym so when it's busy it's hard to get a decent workout. The equipment is in good condition. The reception staff and personal trainers are great, I have found some of the gym staff to be slightly unprofessional at times when they have very loud animated conversations with friends/clients. It's off putting when you are working out.

Fantastic experience: I loved it there. Small but all you need for such a cheap rate. Perfect for me that just came ones as s day visitor!

Positive experience: Sunny space, full of natural light, new equipment, drinking water fountains, choice of trainers, with sauna rooms in each of the changing rooms. I heard sauna were used to be much larger but went smaller to accommodate more shower cubicles. So place has a deep history! Spacious crèche with outside space available weekday mornings - on one occasion I used it it seemed to be very popular with parents. Annual fun run for adults and children alike in May plus other community activities. I only use gym but there are classes too. Free WiFi.
