Fantastic experience: I had a real good experience at this fitness centre, i had an issue and an older lady (staff) who i don't see there often was not so helpful. I kind of mentioned it to another member of staff who happened to be the manager Jess, i did not know she was the manager whilst conversing with her. Jess was amazing she listened to my issue and really helped me out and i am thankful to her. The actual staff who are their on a regular basis are super cool and lovely. A nice little team at this centre, the lifeguards and front reception staff, always helpful, nice vibes - they work well together, I'm thoroughly enjoying coming to this centre.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and the heated 50m lido gives you a good workout. Surrounded by a grass verge and trees, it is possible to suspend city life, for a while anyway. Very accessible for anyone living in N London.

Fantastic experience: The lido here is heated which for some is a huge bonus, however the pool and facilities are tired and sometimes even a little grubby. A one-off swim is expensive with a view I presume to persuading customers to sign up for their full package including the gym. Byzantine booking system.

Fantastic experience: I was yesterday at this beautiful place. Really I was very pleased for installations. I'm aged lady with some difficulty for movements. All installations clean and working.The pool properly designed with whole safety measures to prevent safe all swimmers, children and adults. I enjoyed my pool relaxing day exercising my knees and arms in the water. Nice attention at the front desk and very efficient general management. I full recommend everyone this place. Positive experience: Great facilities, very clean, staff are very helpful. Gym area is slightly smaller than you would think from the size of the whole facility, which means there’s usually some waiting around, but overall a great facility!

Fantastic experience: I've only tried the outdoor lido here. Its a lovely warm pool in the cold winter breeze. Water is lovely and not too chlorinated. Good showers and lockers available with a £1 coin deposit. Great place for swimming

Fantastic experience: The lido is a piece of heaven and keeps me sane - I will never complain about anything ...and neither do the staff - even in the coldest wettest weather when you are the only one swimming and the lonely lifeguard has to stay and shiver getting cold and wet watching you...

Fantastic experience: My experiences are based on before the lockdown and after obviously before the lockdown things were great but then with the government opening and closing it’s hard for the facility to run at 100% but you get that feel that they are doing their best and I’m going back and attending the place I’m always welcome them told welcome back sorry about the lockdown no chitchat only an explanation on the coping rules the route to walk and what facilities are open which are not family calmly explain to me I do believe they are taking this very serious so it’s off to do whatever activity I decide to do just fine and very professional really Good cleansing good advice for us gym members even helped around by one of the young lifeguards Who told me he’d been going there from childhood he works there with his mother on occasion very polite young man to assist me on his break and also Explained the Covid route of entry and exit Definitely no doom and gloom after the lockdown It must be very hard for a business to open and close with the government giving such so many back to front tiers and sorry to be political Boris Johnson 17 U-turns of rules ??? I’ve amended my review because I’m waiting for the place to open again just thought I’d let the public know that on their opening and closing they’ve been superb And appeared to manage to the best of their ability being as I run my own business and know exactly where they are coming from It ain’t easy life is not easy but I do appreciate everything you guys do I see some negative comments and feel that I would be one of the honest ones To open and close and to change and adapt quickly and responsibly as you have shows the professionalism of the staff at your centre I truly believe you have to be told thank you something people Have forgot with these lockdown is to be honest and polite and respectful So let me say good luck to all and looking forward to your place reopening very soon I’m afraid we are in the hands of the government

Fantastic experience: Lovely place when the sun shines. Haringey sold it to a charity chains. They charge quid alot now for Lido or I might be wrong, but anyway it's a decent place to swim outdoor

Fantastic experience: a regular place to go to. they offer student discount which is great, pools and gyms are clean, staff are very nice

Fantastic experience: The staff here are amazing, the place sometimes gets a bad wrap but that's only because the company that runs the center fusion make their life difficult by providing them very little money for repairs and new equipment etc. New layout to the gym is great, and they've fixed their sauna, I'd reccomend going here.

Fantastic experience: The best lido you can find in London. The children have a lot of fun, the pools are huge. Shadowed and sunny grass areas for sunbathing or chilling. Showers and single changing cabins. Perfect pool to go to.

Fantastic experience: Went there for the first time today 15/12/2019 with my daughter to brush up on her swimming , pool and changing facilities were great, and the staff on the reception were polite and fantastic helping us join up for a membership , great experience and will definitely be going back regularly

Fantastic experience: The gym and swim membership is a steal compared to what I was paying in central London. Booking is so easy via the app and the time slots take the stress out of worrying about the lido ever being busy. Plenty of space to change outside while the changing rooms are out of action. Honestly, the best lido I've found in London. Very grateful to be a local.

Fantastic experience: Amazing warmed lido in North London that's reopened now, woohoo! No lockers or changing rooms at the moment due to Covid-19, but does have toilets and outside showers, so don't bring your valuables. 'beach-style' changing i.e. under your towel, so as always, it's very important to know where your towel is. Anyway, you can't suntan and laze around on the grass like you used to. Lane swimming only in about 6 lanes. Be on time for your pre-booked slot!

Fantastic experience: £6 to swim in the lido anytime 0700-1700, what's not to love. Big changing rooms. If you want a locker you bring your own padlock (or a £1 coin if you can face using the outdoor ones).

Fantastic experience: Great lido. £5 entry for indoor lockers, showers, toilets, leading out to outdoor lockers, showers, sunbathing area, and heated pool. It was split into two wide lanes last time I went, with people swimming clockwise. Lovely area

Fantastic experience: Been going for absolute years. Staff are lovely who work there especially the staff who work in the cafe. Staff who work at reception have a lot to deal with dissatisfied customers who should take their grivences to Fusion.

Fantastic experience: Great place, I have tried different pools over the years, this is definitely the best, lots option to choose. unfortunately, you have to pay for the car park, if you thinking of join the gym and going there frequently, that might run a bit expensive.

Fantastic experience: Great clean swimming pools. Changing rooms are spotless. Very friendly staff. Main pool is a bit cold in the mornings but i guess this helps to get you moving quickly

Fantastic experience: Tots pool is lovely and warm and the lido is great in the summer. Main pool is a bit small and shallow, so we go for the other facilities.

Fantastic experience: Do the Pilates class with Curly here. Fantastic teacher. Although the lido is closed the place had a good atmosphere with friendly people.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean with friendly staff, lots of activities like karate, Zumba and yoga is here. There is a kids playhouse fun house which is available to hire for parties and birthdays.

Fantastic experience: Visited park Road pool today to use sauna and have a swim, the sauna is very good condition, the space is a nice relaxing environment, the pool is large enough split into lane for different types of swimmers, changing area has different sections there's a mix section, woman's only section and male section, also a section for children visiting with school. There is a gym at this center as well as out door pools for use in summer months, and this center offers fitness classes . Prices are reduced if you live in the borough and further reduced if your elderly or a student or unemployed. You can still use the centre even if your from another borough but the charge will reflect this.

Fantastic experience: After giving this place a bad 1 star review a couple of years ago, I've revised it up to 5 stars. They've really turned it around. Now a regular visitor to the pools. Not sure about the other facilities.

Fantastic experience: It's got a fantastic 50 metre outdoor pool which is open early in the morning. It's heated and open all year round. The buildings are a bit dilapidated and the website is often inaccurate. But swimming here at 8.00 am on a frosty January morning with mist rising off the pool is a great way to start the day. And if you get too cold you can have a sauna afterwards to warm up.

Fantastic experience: well priced facility with excellent pools including main, jump, training, and lido pools. the facilities are well maintained. people are behaving. staff is helpful and professional. we come on weekly basis.

Fantastic experience: Swimming/teaching staff are amazing. My son has come on tremendously since starting with park road! His instructor is patient, confident, does not shout and motivates him brilliantly. He's now a confident swimmer in ALL strokes. I'd definitely recommend park road for lessons - 5 stars for swimming lessons . 2 stars for hygiene and cleanliness; the toilets and changing rooms are disgracefully dirty! Very disappointing - although this is my only negative thus far; we attend two/three times per week as it is convenient, local and staff are very pleasant/helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, in the gym or at the pool. Reception staff are also helpful, although often quite busy. Classes are variable, you have to find one that suits you.

Fantastic experience: The Park Road renovation has been fantastic. The gym, changing rooms, healrh suite and the showers have all been greatly improved. The new group exercise rooms are a welcome addition too. Cant say whether criticism from others here is fair or not. I'm not much of a swimmer, but there always seems to be at least one lane devoted to lane swimming. It seems very family friendly and for my requirements, its perfect.

Fantastic experience: I've only been to the Lido, but the staff are friendly, the changing facilities are smart, and the pool is big and clean. It also seems like there is much less chlorine than an indoor pool too.

Fantastic experience: Lots of bad reviews on here, but I really like the place. Been a member for a month now, gym isn't too busy, although maybe lacking in equipment for the serious trainers, outdoor pool is fab, especially in the hot weather, although there are lots of queues! Everything is pretty new, modern and clean. Exercise classes I've been to so far have been great! Big mix in people which I like! Overall good experience! :)
