Fantastic experience: I have been nervous about starting the gym for years as I have no idea what to do and where to start. I finally decided that I need to get a personal trainer to start off with and it was the best decision I made. Sonny is a fantastic personal trainer as he pushes you to be your best, professional and very knowledgeable.
