Fantastic experience: Best gym in the area so far as they have all the machines and military bars you can think of. Waiting time is short on peak time and on off peak times everything is free!!! There are 2 floors and a space for stretching.

Fantastic experience: Has improved MASSIVELY in the last year! I’ve been coming to this gym for the last 4 years and tbh I’ve never felt comfortable, it had quite a hostile atmosphere, wasn’t very clean and no one seemed to care. But in the last year, since we’ve got a new manager - Luke Lanigan, I’ve noticed a lot of positive changes in our gym. It’s very clean, there is more equipment and the staff is really trying to make a difference. I have to say, I’ve never seen anybody clean around the gym or sort out the equipment in the previous years. Not even mentioning cleaning the ventilation and things like that. We’ve asked and they installed a mirror and provided free hygiene products in the changing rooms. There were a lot of different events with giveaways and challenges, that created a friendly atmosphere and connected people. The Instagram account of the gym was constantly updated and for the first time in 4 years I haven’t missed the info about closing up for a deep clean (and didn’t show up on the day, to find out that it’s closed…). The staff is very friendly,supportive and always trying to help as much as they can. I’ve had a few sessions with a PT, that were amazing. The gym is large and well equipped. Some things go out of use but they are fixed very quickly (and we have plenty other ones anyway). Very happy and I hope that the quality and the atmosphere will stay the same!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a gym in years and at the age of 49 took up exercise...the gym is ok, clean...Good equipment etc. But what I love the most are the instructors. They are so nice and helpful. I enjoy the classes, Gilano, Jordan, Emmeka and Nick are super...they run well structured classes. No judgment to anyone...thank you guys!!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thank you for Lucy who run Fit Pump. I attended today to the class and got very good workout . Exercises were well arranged and some wasn't easy but this gives me motivation to work harder. For sure I'll back to this class again.

Fantastic experience: Very large clean gym, friendly atmosphere. Stuff to wipe down machines etc, vending machines, water and everything you need in a gym. Never waited long for a machine, been going for 3 months and love it. The staff are great and very helpful, Especially Nick who’s always Cracking jokes. Helped me on my first leg day. 10/10 so far.

Positive experience: This is my local gym, I use it 3 or so times a week. Great range of equipment with well kitted out weights section downstairs. My only issue with the gym is the lack of gender neutral toilets/changing.

Fantastic experience: Lots of space and equipment - with people being quite friendly and minding their own business. Love that it's 24 hrs so that you can plan your workout based on your on schedule.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for more than a year and i must say it is one best around lewisham station. I have tried several gyms before this one. There are so many equipment and free weights in this gym. Maybe only downside of this gym is rush hour peak, if you can avoid that you will have a fantastic workout gym for yourself for quite cheaply.

Fantastic experience: Great place for bodybuilding & cardio. The staff is really cool! If you look for some racks or rings for street-workout/CrossFit this will not satisfied your needs. But still if you want to work that's a great place to go!

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere, friendly staff and the equipment is well maintained. Nick Templar is one of the instructors/PT's and ALWAYS kicks your butt!!! But he always makes sure you have a fun workout :) Great value for money.

Fantastic experience: Prefer this gym to all the local ‘the Gyms’. It’s vibrant well laid out and well equipped. The trainers are all friendly and have plenty classes. Best classes run by ‘Trainer Nick’ the man. Works you hard and that’s what you go for right. Cool guy and fun sessions. Def one of the reasons I’ll stay right here. And it’s on my way home. Win win.

Fantastic experience: Good well equipped gym that has friendly members. The equipment is good and there is plenty of space. It does get crowded but all gyms are busy. Recommended. Much better than any of the alternatives especially pure gym where they don't repair any of their equipment

Fantastic experience: A very good sized gym which allows for a good workout. Open 24 hours and so can fit gym well into a busy schedule. Special shoutout to Nick Templar. A personal trainer at this gym who is hands down one of, if not the very best strength and conditioning trainer in London. He will help you achieve personal goals very quickly and makes gymming enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Very professional gym setting. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The equipment is of the highest standard. The over gym goers mind their own business. There are two floors with the bottom being mainly weights and machines and upstairs mainly the machines ,the studio where classes are conducted and a matted area for stretches or ground exercises. Compared to Pure Gym it isn't the biggest but the staff and equipment make up for that. There are obviously lockers in the changing rooms for storing your goods which you have to bring your own padlock for or you can buy one from the vending machine for around £5. There is also showers for people to use. Overall the gym is excellent and highly recommended for anybody looking to start and by far it's the cheapest out of the 3 gyms in Lewisham.

Fantastic experience: I've been a pain to the staff as I couldn't get to my email to get my code to enter but the staff has been really patient with me and really helpful. The gym is a great value. It's clean, nice staff, lots of equipment and classes. Definitely the right place to achieve my resolutions

Fantastic experience: After being away from the gym for a long time I was greeted and shown around by John who I know as a the cardio king. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I have been a member of the gym know for 3 months and I can't fault the place.

Fantastic experience: Looooove love love this gym. Best in the area for sure. It's very clean and spacious, you never feel overcrowded or don't feel uncomfortable that maybe people are staring at you. The whole machine-sitting plan is well organised so you don't look at someone's bottom.. Loads of machines, been there every day and different times and no queues. Good showers and changing room, lockers to keep your belongings safe. Gym is opened 24/7 and there is also staff member to help out if needed. Such a good atmosphere!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic addition to Lewisham and just what the Borough needed. Bright, clean and packed with equipment and open 24 hours. Only £16.99 a month...bargain. The gym seems to respond well in terms of what the gym needs. Just last week the club extended the freeweight section and brought in 3 extra racks amongst other equipment. Staff are extremely down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly helpful. Good variety of classes including yoga The gym seems to be tightly managed and very member-centric which makes a change from other gyms I have been a member at. I would recommend you pop down and visit these guys.
