Positive experience: Small group personal training in free weight environment - max 4 people per session -- I'm mid 50s with a niggly back, but the sessions let you judge weights etc based on ability. My back feels stronger, feel muscle tone improving, and the discipline of committing to sessions keeps me on the straight and narrow. I'd recommend.

Fantastic experience: Chris, Brad and Steph are all fab. Really experienced and the whole atmosphere at the gym is encouraging, welcoming and positive. Very unlike the gyms and classes I have been to in the past. Game changer!

Fantastic experience: Thanks Chris and Brad for a great 28 day intro course. I needed some motivation and accountability to get me back into moving after a long break over lockdown etc. I always got a good sweat on but didn't feel pushed too hard which I really appreciate. Appreciate the corrections on getting movements right. Trainers, members and facilities all nice.

Positive experience: Love Chris, Steph and Brad as they are extremely motivational and push me hard to get the most out of the sessions. Most importantly, they LISTEN which is very important when you have had injuries and/or body parts that don't respond well to certain exercises. The 50 mins fly by and there is sufficient variety at each class to keep me motivated along with some excellent funky soundtracks to work out to! x

Fantastic experience: Chris and Brad are great trainers. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. Each session is different and they really push you to your full potential! I would recommend Eat lift lose to anyone… especially if you’re infested in lifting weights and enjoying the process at the same time!
