Fantastic experience: Been going here on and off for a couple of year and its a great workout; tough by name tough by nature. Stu and Staf cater for all abilities and they will push you further and harder with each session. I went to Stu and Staf to help with aiding my recover for a knee injury and they have helped a lot; ensuring i am correctly executing the exercise and in some cases changing my routine to cater for my knee problem. Overall i would highly recommend ToughGuy (not only for men).

Fantastic experience: I have joined group training sessions which is great for all fitness levels. Trainers are approachable and they enhance the experience. I definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to exercise but have not quite found their fix yet. This touches on all variances of exercise from weight training to bootcamp ????

Fantastic experience: Great group of people of all ages and fitness levels. When I first started I have never really worked with weights as I didn't think I could, but both Stuart and Paul have been amazing in helping me building my confidence and correcting my techniques! This sessions are the best always different, challenging and fun! Highly recommended it!

Fantastic experience: Great bunch of guys and girls, very relax and approachable, with plenty of banter to burn away those calories... every week the training sessions changes to keep you focused and engaged.

Fantastic experience: I bloody love this class. Each Saturday we flip tyres, slam ropes, pick heavy things up and drop them back down. All done in a really friendly environment with a great bunch of people all ages and fitness levels, sweating it out while good tunes play in the background. Not only does this Saturday morning class get me out of bed, it puts me in good stead for the rest of the day. TGF is different to anything else I’ve done before and with Stuart and Paul’s vast knowledge and experience they have really helped with my lifting and training technique across various exercises (all of which I was doing wrong….even press ups!) It beats queuing up in a packed gym for a cross trainer any day.
