Fantastic experience: Great 24/7 gym. Been going for 2 months now with 0 complaints. Free quays parking is a massive perk too. Plenty of equipment in good order and facilities are clean. Good choice of PTs to book with if that's your thing. 5 month update: still 5 stars, had no problems at all. Fantastic value. 2yr update: Still a great friendly place but there always seems to be something out of order, I'm personally looking for a new gym now with more advanced weight training options. Not the most convenient gym to get to but nice if you've got the time.

Fantastic experience: I've recently just started here and I absolutely love it! Everything is so simple and easy to use, I love the check in and out pods at the entrance, I love the app to book classes and to track your workouts, I enjoy the Yanga sports water with the varied flavours and it's just everything I need in a gym 5* set up and will definitely be continuing my membership, would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Have been attending The Gym since November. It's always clean and well maintained. The classes are excellent and the instructors are very approachable which is great if you're a nervous newbie! Attending just a few times a week makes this gym very good value for money and you can also get your parking validated for the quays car park.

Fantastic experience: The Gym is cheap and does the job, the PT's are all friendly and the majority have a lot of experience. Oh....it also has good views ;-)

Positive experience: Not a bad gym at all, especially for beginners. It has some cool perks like the Yanga water machine that are inexpensive (spring water with vitamins in it) and a fat/muscle/hydration scale, you basically just type in your height and age and it'll tell you exactly how much your muscle mass is, fat %, and metabolic age which is useful for tracking your progress. It has a decent amount and variety of equipment. I'd have given it 5 stars if there was more equipment for Strongman events, I'm an aspiring Strongman so eventually I'll have to change to a gym more catered to people like me, but other than that I can't complain, it's fairly decent. Very helpful and polite staff as well, I had an issue not long ago that was resolved very quickly and without stress by a member of staff. Could do with better music if I'm honest, but you can't have everything in life.

Fantastic experience: Great gym for the price. Busy from 5-8 but have seen worse. Fair size free weight space and multiple sets of dumbbells which is so good. Always clean just wish people put weights back properly.

Fantastic experience: Amazing set of personal trainers! They are very helpful and they give the best advice. I've been for about 3 months and you can see the difference... The set of equipment: a wide variety. The dieting advice: it works! The classes literally blow my mind!

Fantastic experience: Good selection of equipment and kept very clean. Plenty of floor space so doesn't normally feel like it's too busy. Free parking for members is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. The trainers are all great, equipment is well maintained and clean, classes are varied and interesting. Great value and my favourite place to train! Full range of weight machines, free weights, squat racks, cardio machines and fun things like TRX, boxes, and mini barbells.

Fantastic experience: It's cheap, it's clean, it's in the city centre, has a lot of equipments, it's spacious.

Fantastic experience: Gyms are some of the hardest places to visit but my new gym is a pleasure to go to. I can get there from work and do what I like without being hounded by PT's. It does have a tendancy to have alot of younger people in there at times of the day but all in all I get to do what I need to do. There's two floors so it makes it easier to find some floor space for stretching and floor workouts. The locker rooms and showers are good and clean just needs a full length mirror in there!

Fantastic experience: Best gym you could ask for. Well maintained and there are so many weights and machines, so you're always doing something. Music needs a change-up from house/dance music all the time though! As an actual gym though, it's the easiest 5 stars I've every given

Fantastic experience: Having been a member now for 3 years and used most of the equipment, I can say it’s a really great gym. The Personal Trainers are very helpful, friendly and always there if you ask for some help (unless they’re training another client, then they wear shirts with that on). The Gym has a good range of equipment with several of the most popular ones. The weights area is well set out and well equipped. It has everything you need. Spacious changing rooms, hot showers, scales, protein bar vending machines, filtered water machines, free classes, the list goes on!! Overall: great value and wouldn’t change gym for anything!

Fantastic experience: Really good gym- open 24 hours a day so suits all. Good range of equipment that's laid out well and can usually get on what you want even at busy periods. Classes are well run and you are pushed to work hard. Staff and resources are very good.

Fantastic experience: Probably one of the best gyms around, everything you could want ; lots of equipment and facilities , cheap membership (you can do £99 for the year) , free wifi (that actually works throughout the whole gym too unlike a lot of gyms I've been too) and the staff are friendly and approachable but at the same time let you get on with what your doing too
