Fantastic experience: Got into the gym nearly a year ago and loved it since. Very friendly gym where people help each-other out with tips and more. Owner is lovely as ever and is always up for a chat and checking how you are. Would fully recommend

Fantastic experience: I have tried multiple main stream gyms and always dreaded going to the gym for fear of being harassed by men which always happened, never once has this happened here and if it did it would be delt with right away, your name will be remembered and always greeted with the biggest smile, so glad I found this gym, you're treated like a person not just someone who is going to be given money and if you ever needed to talk to someone then Matt will always listen, couldn't be without this place and lots of equipment for all your needs

Fantastic experience: This has to be the best gym I have ever been too. Friendly community feel to the place. Matt the owner is a great guy, always willing to help and give advice. The gym has loads of equipment, so there is never an issue with not being able to get on with your training. Very competitive rates for a one to one weights session with Matt, this has really turned my training around.
