Fantastic experience: Now NR Health and fitness, these lads have invested a lot of money and time into improving and making this a gym to be proud of. All new cardio equipment , weight benches and now fully air conditioned it's a great place to work out 24/7 yep it's now also 24/7

I would have never thought i would be so comfortable walking into to somewhere and being able to focus on weight loss and wnjoy it without being judged The staff are amazing and so are the other members, always had the thought that going to a gym i would have negative comments but all i have had is positivity and encouragement Also amazing that it is open 24/7

Fantastic experience: Amazing Gym! From the reception staff of Kim & Yvonne to the Instructors Rhys & Jacob. Very professional and so helpful in what they do. Just hope the this service continues now that they are privately owned. Don't want to lose that personal touch that this gym has, I am only assuming this could happen. As this happens more often than not when Gyms go from Private to Chain Run. All in all. Great Gym and I hope you continue to treat the staff excellently and continue to keep that personal touch!
