Fantastic experience: Incredibly friendly group in an incredible setting. Crossfit done Cornish style. This box is in a barn but what a well kitted out barn it is. Being remote the music can pump out loud and the big barn door can be swung open. For locals and visitors alike. Everyone is welcome. Love this place and has become an integral part of my routine.

Fantastic experience: An excellent box. My partner and I dropped in for a few classes while we stayed in Helston. Box was very clean and everyone was allocated their own space and cleaning products to wipe down after. Naomi the owner was really lovely and her programming was amazing.
