Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym. Brilliant equipment. You could honesty spend hours in this place. So much choice that you never have to wait for someone to finish their set and then jump on. Staff are all polite, they will always acknowledge you when you enter. Many call this place their second home and you can see why!

Gym has an overall good vibe and brilliant equipment! Add to that I was fortunate enough to meet Mr Tom Platz there.

Fantastic experience: A truly great gym, which has everything from a full range of Hammer Strength machines, to Rogue calibrated plates, Texas power, deadlift and squat bars, 2 sets of Watson dumbbells, many power racks, deadlift platforms, bumper plates, plus a huge amount of cardio kit. If you are looking for a gym that has it all, then look no further!
