Negative experience: It's OK. There's a good range of equipment but it does get very busy at peak times, so you'll want to avoid those. What let's this one down is the poor state of cleanliness. I don't think they ever use a vacuum cleaner. The showers and toilets were very unclean, there was no soap in the toilet on my last visits. The antibacterial spray bottles don't work—the nozzles simply don't work, so you can't wipe the equipment clean. Very disappointing. Worst AF I've been to for hygiene.

Positive experience: Not very busy at y time of visit. Generally clean and friendly. Not very big, reasonable gym foor with dB up to 50kg and other regular machines. Overall you can get a good workout.

Positive experience: Nice gym, cracking staff, great range of equipment. Music too loud and lockers need sorting. Very relaxed atmosphere even when busy. Edit: Lockers are now much improved.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for around 5 years and feel really comfortable working out here. It has a friendly atmosphere and the trainers are approachable and lovely.

Negative experience: I've used this gym pre covid and it was great. But now looks like no one supervises this gym anymore. Weekdays or weekenda, their phone lines are never answered and go on voicemail. Wonder if anyone actually sits there in the office or just operates on keyfobs. Hard to reach them for anything

Fantastic experience: Quiet gym with lots of equipment. There are 2 shower rooms, a changing room and a W/C. There are lockers in the back and there is also a hair dryer in the main area. Simple and easy to access with the car park next to it. You have to pay for the car park but it is reasonable at 90p for 1h. Overal a really good gym ️‍♀️

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Bexleyheath. Lovely atmosphere! Great high quality equipment; clean and tidy(the gym that smells nice!)! Helpful, friendly and professional staff, that makes members feel welcome! Not too busy, and the members are polite and friendly. Ohh and let's not overlook that purple LED lighting..makes you feel extra hot, when looking at the mirror

Negative experience: Shouldn’t have to feel reluctant to use equipment when people aren’t using it. Afterwards hearing members of the gym swearing out loud over the fact that that members used a piece of equipment and didn’t make them aware that they were using it was completely childish. I felt alarmed by this and making me feel changing gyms is possibly the best idea.

Negative experience: Unprofessional . I paid for membership throughout the pandemic when you were physically closed and unable to provide any service for the fees paid. When I enquired about compensation for that time period, I got no answer.

Positive experience: Has everything you need for gym. Facilities are excellent and clean. The cons; it’s expensive, small and also you have to park at Asda. It can also be very quiet at times so if your the sort of person that’s likes a busier atmosphere you may not like it

Negative experience: The equipment is very good. I had two situations were toilets were not in great conditions, but overall it was manageable. Staff is not available during times stated by gym - so having a tough time getting the deposit back and there is no option of communication apart from when they are here. That’s disappointing.

Fantastic experience: I joined anytime fitness as they have a gym in Worthing and Bexleyheath as I spend time in both places. I have enjoyed using the gym in Bexleyheath as it has a very nice balanced mix of cardio, rack and pin machines and also a free weights section.

Fantastic experience: This is my gym! Where I go to work off all the pub trips lol.. Great place to go and sweat and get fit. Staff are great. The best thing is in the name, it's open 24/7. Love the place.

Negative experience: The finance team are absolutely unacceptable. They said they'd apply credit, half payment scheme, etc. due to gym closure during lockdown, but they never did; Very unprofessional.

Positive experience: My own experience is, this gym is perfect for those who like to work out in peace. I do shift work, so the times I attend the gym it's quiet and I love it. However, they need to grant full access to studio. What's the point paying for 24/7 access and you can't reap full benefits? I've been told there as been noise complaints from the residents upstairs but a compromise needs to be reached. I attend gym over night and would like access, other than that facilities are very good, clean and staff are professional.

Negative experience: Been trying to contact them 4days now. Everyone else apart from Bexleyheath anytime fitness is answering. Shocking service.

Negative experience: As a gym, they were perfect, and got a 5 star review, but after I moved in February, I live too far from one of their gyms. I started trying to cancel my membership in July, and it's now mid September, and after several messages on voicemail and text, haven't been able to speak with anyone. Very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing team at Anytime Fitness Bexleyheath! Was met for my tour by Kenny the manager who was wonderful from start to finish! The whole team are dedicated to making your experience a memorable one and do everything they can to meet your needs and requirements. It’s open 24/7 which is amazing for those early morning, before work sessions! It’s quiet and you’re able to get on equipment without waiting, as well as the gym floor being immaculate and cleaned regularly! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Negative experience: I was a member here for over a year, after a six week notice to cancel my membership I am still being billed! This issue is ongoing and I do not recommend because of this. Too quick to sign you up, but difficult to cancel your membership

Negative experience: I had been seeing a personal trainer at this branch. In August 2017 I had made a payment to the trainer for 10 sessions. I had completed only a few of these sessions by the time Anytime Fitness decided to immediately terminate my personal trainers employment without taking into consideration any outstanding transactions with clients. I am now £200+ out of pocket and have put in a formal complaint to head office.

Fantastic experience: I enjoy using this gym. My first ever gym membership. It's fairly relaxed and not intimidating. People generally just get on with their own workouts. Relatively balanced mix of male / female clients. The classes are generally fun. The staff, Mikey, Oliver and Sophie are friendly.

Fantastic experience: What can I say the most friendliest gym I have ever been a member of and there’s been a few. Staff and clients are so nice. All the staff can’t do enough to encourage you. Sophie who does the weights classes is relentless in a good way as is Mikey you think you can’t do it but they believe in you and so you do. Plenty of equipment for everyone. I don’t even feel uneasy being in the free weights section. NB: I was not paid to write this lol

Negative experience: Amazing location and amazing building itself but than cant make up for the poor service and high prices compared to the excellent service and prices at Better gym - I guess you get better pay for service and atmosphere. Not Recommended .

Negative experience: The experience wasn't all that nice, i've cancelled my membership and going back to Crook Log; No atmosphere, didn't think much of the staff, changing facilities not upto much and no classes as such, too small for a similar price to Crook log and over double the price for Better gym which also has better parking, not much equipment or space, wouldn't recomend it i'm afraid! Maybe at £25, certainly not at almost £45 a month! I think is quite disgusting really!
