Fantastic experience: Got a free membership as a student, free to enter the gym up until 4 pm everyday. Staff are friendly. Lots of gym equipments. I mostly use the treadmills and they were never full. Plenty of lockers in the changing room.

Fantastic experience: For the price you pay it's a 5 stars experience, I've looked around and no other gym offers the same within the price tag. Sure there's plenty to improve, but from all the lifestyles I had a chance to use in Liverpool it's probably the best. I mostly attend the classes and I do really like the instructors, who are very talented. It's a shame that most of the equipment is not fully functioning. I don't think it ever worked as I've been attending this gym for over 6 years and even after the big refurbishment I haven't seen it all working. It's poorly run I guess because it's a council gym, not a privet ones that would not survive such a bad management. Still people working there are trying to do their best. It's not a high end gym but great value for the money you pay.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this gym for 2 years, 4 times a week. It has a community feel to it, nobody cares or judges others here. I started here weighing 26st 4lbs and feeling very self conscious, I felt nothing but support and encouragement from the staff and other regulars. Now I'm 18st 10lbs and feeling stronger and fitter than I ever have. I genuinely couldn't have done it without this place.
