Fantastic experience: Excellent, good old fashioned gym. Free classes to join in and the staff are knowledgeable so you can ask for advice. Also plenty of regulars will give you pointers if you need it.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. If your looking for a working environment where you are guaranteed to see results then this is the place! Are you serious about bodybuilding? Being the best version of your self? Losing weight? Being healthy? Do you enjoy hitting a bag? Or even sparring? Then this place is for you. It's cheap and cheerful, doesn't tie you into any nasty contracts and your met by lovely friendly staff and the members are like an extension to your family. I trained there today for the first time and the above is exactly what I felt when I entered the doors.... Yes it's grimey... Yes its old machines... Yes its dirty... But that's how I like it... You get in, throw weights about, take inspiration from other members and see results. I am definitely going to be using this gym at least once a week. Hasan
