Small group personal training gives you the focused support of personal training and the fun, friendly and motivating vibe of our strong and supportive fitness community. We are stronger together.

Regardless of your experience and fitness ability, we will teach you everything that you need to know. You’ll guess at nothing and learn how to look after your health and fitness.

Daily, weekly and monthly check in, food plans, education on healthy eating and ideas for healthy meals. Focus on long term healthy eating habits that last a lifetime.

I have been training with JRD Fitness and I can’t recommend it enough. I’m fitter, stronger and love how I feel after a training session. I’m losing weight but building muscle and it’s the best feeling in the world.

Training at JRD really changed the shape of my body and got me in shape for my wedding. I'd recommend weight training to anyone and the environment at JRD allows you to make comfortable progress and see results.

Having now been a member at JRD for a year I find the gym to be great value for money. The well-planned sessions are varied, give results and are ran by professional and knowledgeable trainers in a relaxed and fun environment. I would recommend JRD to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend JRD Fitness to anyone! Every session you grow stronger, perfect your technique and make new goals - you will never come away feeling disappointed. I started JRD having lifted a few weights on an off, but in no time I was squatting by body weight, learning new variations of loads of different exercises and finally achieving a chin up! Everyone at the gym is really nice and friendly and everyone encourages each other. Jason really does care about helping you reach your goals and becoming stronger. Go try JRD out and see for yourself!

Fantastic experience: Jason is professional, knowledgeable and extremely supportive in helping me accomplish my fitness and weight goals. I have trained with him for almost 4 years and with a new program every six weeks he has ensured that my training is varied, challenging but also great fun. Fantastic experience: Can't recommend JRD enough, I've been training with Jason for about four weeks and have loved every minute. The facilities are brand new and Jason is an excellent motivator, always encouraging you to the next level but without being overly pushy. He makes me want to work harder each session! Brilliant place.

Fantastic experience: I have been part of the JRD community for years now and I can honestly say I have never seen anything else like it! Everyone supports each other to achieve their best, having loads of fun at the same time. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else if you want to get fit, have fun and meet a great bunch of people!!

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend JRD Fitness enough! Jason is a firm but none shouty PT. in just 4 months of going to JRD Fitness I've achieved so much. The facilities are brand new and everybody who trains there are very friendly and only too happy to help any newcomers. Well done Jason!
