At Perfit we are extremely passionate about helping others develop their health & fitness. We care completely about each individual, and understand everyone is different and faces their own daily challenges.

Our mission is to use functional fitness training within a fun, safe, welcoming environment to provide our clients with real passion and dedicated face to face coaching every time they walk into the gym. This way you will never be alone and you will be more accountable and motivated every time you set foot within the gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Perfit now for nearly a year & what a year it has been. It has amazing classes that push you as much as you want to be pushed, with amazing coaches that make you feel part of the family. I would recommend Perfit to anyone who isn’t really sure how to get the results you want. Perfit is more than a gym it is a community MAKE IT HAPPEN

Fantastic experience: Joining Perfit has been the best decision I've made this year. There is genuinely no better way to stay motivated to work out than going to such a social, uplifting & all round amazing gym where the coaches are all so helpful and motivating in the best ways. I would highly recommend to anyone of any ability.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this gym enough! I’ll admit when I joined I was worried I was stepping into a younger fitter persons gym, but it was soon apparent those worries were needless. I was welcomed by everyone and made to feel part of a ever growing caring community. At 41 I can say I am in the best shape of my life and fitter and healthier than ever before, with a much better knowledge of nutrition and all of the reasons behind my training (something no other gym had ever bothered to go into). The coaches go above and beyond every single day to accommodate every member. It’s simply the place to be!! Don’t wait, get on that 30 day trial today!!!

Fantastic experience: I've trained with Jordan and Perfit for over a year now. Not only have I lost 15kg, I have completely changed my mindset towards training and fitness. I used to struggle to maintain motivation but Jordan has changed my attitude and made me enjoy my training. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic experience: Not a dull, traditional gym! I used to drag myself to a traditional gym, struggle through the same workout doing the same routine over and over, obsessing over my calorie count and macro split completely taking over any spare time I had and removing the fun out of fitness! Perfit introduced me to a whole new level of training - enjoyable, progressive, supportive but tough! I’ve got a lot to thank the team at Perfit for ⭐️ Training at Perfit is convenient with a busy lifestyle and tasty food is no longer my enemy! Thanks Perfit

Fantastic experience: Completed the 30 day trial before I went on holiday - Jordan, Bargie and Jake were exceptional. The support and encouragement I received over the 4 weeks was insane and it really gave me the motivation and confidence I needed to lose the weight I’d been struggling with since covid. The 30 day trial is so worth it to get an insight to what kind of gym it is like and I have no regrets. The team and everyone are so welcoming and it really is like a family within the gym.

Fantastic experience: Joined October 2021 as someone who never lifted weights but thought I would give this a go as I wanted to increase my cardio. Fast forward 6 months and the strength sessions are my favourite sessions. Lost weight, body fat and gained muscle mass. Gone from thinking exercise is a chore to becoming something educational and also recreational.

Fantastic experience: I done Perfit’s 30 day trial just after lockdown in 2021, having been a serial yo-yo dieter and a “gym just before holiday” type! I had never been someone who actually enjoys exercise and was constantly after a quick fix. However after a year and a half nearly of coming 5-6 times per week, I absolutely love it and can’t imagine not coming. It is now part of my daily routine, I love the 5.50am sessions and it doesn’t feel my day has started off right if I don’t come. As a result I have dropped 2.5 stone in weight, but the biggest change has to be that I no longer care about the scales! Where before, that was all it was ever about! Jordan & the team are fantastic - if you need a kick in the right direction, and someone pushing you I would definitely recommend, however the danger is you won’t want to go back to a normal gym!

Fantastic experience: Joined last October having trained at another gym for the past ten years but with limited results. Jordan and the team have changed how I feel about exercise and taught me how to do movements properly without leading to injury - I have been back and knee pain free since I started and I can only put this down to being taught, demonstrated and encouraged to use safe, correct technique through my movements. I have lost two stone in weight but gained so much confidence both in my body image and my ability. If you are looking to change your way of training look no further than Jordan, Barge and Abi . I came to my first trial session on “bring a friend day” and have not looked back - I love the community.I always leave the sessions with a smile on my face. As an older lady I thought at first that I may not “fit in” but my fears were quickly squashed and I absolutely love it. Cannot imagine training anywhere else - thank you Perfit for everything

Fantastic experience: When thinking about signing up to Perfit I thought ‘it would be to hard for me’ as I do a physical job and having not done any exercise for a long time I thought ‘I’m not fit enough for it’ which I now think was stupid as I needed to concentrate on myself and run my own race which Is something I learned pretty quickly once I walked through the door. I used to think it was expensive as I only knew figures and not what those figures actually included so I used to compare it to other gyms but you can’t compare Perfit with a standard gym membership. It was a no brainier to join after the trial as I really enjoyed the 30 days, my motivation built up as I got deeper into the trial, I don’t look the best I ever have but at 32 I’m definitely the fittest I’ve been since I was about 17/18 playing football 4/5 times a week. The coaches are very approachable with any questions or needs even outside of the sessions. The gym has a great atmosphere there are no big egos strutting around so it’s easy to pair up in group or team sessions without feeling intimidated. My main goal was fat loss and still is but I look forward to the months ahead to keep pushing on to improve my strength and fitness and enjoying the process. I’d recommend the trial to anyone no matter what your current fitness level is you’ll improve and push yourself in ways you never knew you could.

Fantastic experience: When I first joined Perfit I thought I was too young, that I won’t fit in, I wouldn’t make any friends. I was worried that after the year I had through lockdown that I would never be able to see exercise as something to build muscle, rather than just burn calories to lose weight. I was so wrong. Perfit has made me realise that age should never stop anyone from wanting to reach a goal. I have made some of the best friends that motivate me to always put the work in and after months of mental battles with myself, I can now say I workout to feel strong, realise endorphins and get over a stressful day at work.

Fantastic experience: I love training with Jordan. He's so passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. One year ago I started to take part in his classes. They have a fantastic energy about them. You never feel uncomfortable even if you are only starting, everyone is friendly. I always thought I will not change much as I'm a average size. Once I started to go to the classes I got infected by the fitness bug and started also PT with Jordan. His energy is incredible and he's very supportive and motivating. He's always pushing me to the limits and past what I thought my limits where. Jordan is great on advice in regards to the right diet as well and with his help I lost some weight but more importantly quiet a few inches. I never been as toned before and never felt better about myself. Fitness became a great part of my life now and I know with the help of Jordan I can reach my new goals easily. I can only highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting to make a change.

Fantastic experience: I have been having PT with Jordan once a week since January and have managed to lose weight and tone up. The training and diet progammes Jordan designed for me alongside Bootcamp and Circuit classes have made me feel like a new person. I went from being unmotivated, feeling down, hating exercise and hating the way i looked, to really enjoying exercise, feeling happier in myself and loving the change my body was making. With Jordans expertise, I can not wait for the New Year, to push harder for the summer body I have been working for. I could not praise Jordan enough! He is professional and passionate about everything he does. I would recommend him 100%!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Jordan's classes for 2 years now and I still look forward to going every week. Every week I'm able to push myself to the limit but new people can still work to there own abilities. It is so much fun exercising within a group and I've made friends with everyone. I would defiantly recommend coming along even if you don't feel confident as you will not regret it.
