It has relaxed atmosphere where people of all shapes, sizes, and ability can achieve their goals. The clientele and staff are either friendly or mind there own business, there's no egos, judgement or bad attitudes. It also has a wide range of equipment.

Top quality Personal Trainers &Staff who are always pushing and supporting each individual to acheive their own personal goal... The place to be. I have 5 closer gyms near my home but travel other side of Birmingham.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym!! The owner takes the time to speak to you and guide you. The gym has a sense of pure morality and support. Everyone guides one another and it really is a great community. I also love the nutritional food you guys offer (also tailor made to my needs) everyone must Check Aesthetic Nutrition.
