Fantastic experience: Very organized and staff great parking outside check the parking machines as they both out of order could not get ticket to pay did not get one but was ok The splash team do not know about the parking as that is separate from splash and belongs to council hope this helps.

Positive experience: It’s a great place to visit if you wanna go swimming. It’s very fun and clean. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. Although I wish they would allow walk ins. But I know it’s because of covid and I apreiciate them being careful. I will deffos visit again soon ????????

Positive experience: I go to splash almost every week with a young girl I support. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Staff here are usually very understanding of the additional needs of my client and go out of the way to help if they can. There are 2 water slides, 2 pools, a small jacuzzi and a wave machine. Which is great for the family fun sessions. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the water is usually freezing cold even in the jacuzzi. Great leisure centre

Fantastic experience: Lateral flow Covid testing is taking place here for those who live and work in Stockton on Tees. Well organised & swift process. Staff/volunteers extremely helpful and the results are received within the hour. It is initially running for 6 weeks from the first week in January depending on how well with the vaccine rollout goes. I have attended twice & have three weekly tests booked in advance. I was told that you need not book online & they will accept "walk-ins". A fantastic service to try and help keep the community safe. Please note the lateral flow testing is only if you *Do not* have any symptoms of Covid-19 & is intended to help diagnose those who could be asymptomatic as 1 in 3 people are.

Fantastic experience: This is such a lovely pool. Good parking, unisex changing rooms, hot showers, flumes, and wave machine with three pool zones. One hour never feels enough though and a 90 minute session would be great. It is a moderately pricey family activity though as it cost £12.30 for one adult and 2 kids. Healthy sports could do with being highly affordable.

Fantastic experience: Great place. Not sure what others are complaining about. The air temperature was like 40 degrees, the water temperature is cool but not freezing, certain areas are warmer than others like the children’s pool, we were never shivering. 2 big slides for those over 1 metre tall, 1 little kiddie slide, 2 jacuzzi areas plus a wave machine. After registering online, you can book a slot, an adult and child ticket is £8.80 for around 1.5 hours very reasonable, free parking too. The icing on the cake would've been if they had some floats for the kids to play with, otherwise great.

Fantastic experience: I have not been using my wallet for weeks and they helped me book a spot in the gym when I couldn't find my splash card and it wasn't straightforward. When I was in the gym they were helpful and cheerful.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and polite, the facility is always clean especially changing rooms and toilets, plenty of staff on hand if you have any questions, two lifeguards are always on duty. My only issue was the guys in the gym (Active 8) didn't respond to my messages even after speaking with a manager and still didn't reply.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic pool if a little on the cold side. The changing facility's are a good standard with lots of family cubicles. And the disabled facility's hear are excellent. And the steps into the pool are easy to manage. There is also a lift into the pool available on request.

Fantastic experience: Very good local swimming pool with good amenities. It's clean,it's average price you can get some good snacks here when you've done swimming. There are two slides which aren't too big just ideal for children.

Fantastic experience: Good facilities. Adult pool, training pool and a splash pool with a small slide, ideal for toddlers. There are also 2 larger flume slides for different ages. Good changing facilities which are unisex, but it does have secluded areas and I believe a womens only area too. Parking is pay and display but is reasonably priced, it only cost me £1 last time I went.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money, very helpful staff. Never had an issue with anything in the time i've been going there. Very good monthly payment option & great value for money for people who aren't working & want to keep fit. The pools great, there's 2 slides & a wave machine that's pretty good, my only issue is the pool & jacuzzi water is absolutely freezing!! It's much colder than you would expect!

Fantastic experience: Good Pool. There's a mix of serious swimming and leisure. There's a Gym and fitness classes. The pool has 2 flumes, wave machines, Jacuzzi, various other water features a toddler pool, learner pool and a main pool too. Always well staffed. Prices are fair.
