We're located just a 4-minute drive from Stoke town centre, near Mount Pleasant. The gym is just off the A500 at the A50 turn off, right next to the bet365 Stadium.

Opening times: Monday–Thursday: 06:30–22:00; Friday: 06:30–21:00; Weekends: 08:00–20:00; Off-peak times: Weekdays: 06:30–17:00, Weekends: 08:00–20:00
