Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve been to. Could do with some tyres for flipping on the sprint track. I have only experienced the gym since lockdown so not sure what changing facilities are like but appear clean.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym. its huge! The equipment is second to none it literally has everything you could ever need to train! Started using after covid. Gym is immaculate cleaning staff working at all times and plenty of cleaning stations to grab and wipe down your own equipment. The spinning classes are a particular favourite of mine, i've trained with both Sharna & Sean and the energy they bring to the class is awesome. Lots of other classes on offer which im looking forward to trying out!

Fantastic experience: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Visited a couple of gyms for try out days this week. JD stood out to me with kind and knowledgable staff that knew their stuff. Visited another where staff seemed like they weren’t qualified and it was rather unprofessional and awkward which isn’t ideal when you’re paying money. Keep up the good work I will be back here!

Fantastic experience: Love jills spin class, body pump & tried JD burn for the first time last week which was hard but great!

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. Helpful, friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere for people of all levels of fitness, whatever their age, gender, size or shape. Something for everyone.

Positive experience: Decent gym but unfortunately plagued with groups of 6 teenagers all 'training' together hence hogging machines for an eternity while they all chat and take photos of each other syndrome that goes with most cheap gyms there's always at least two or three gangs of them there no matter what time you go in. Half the staff are keen and seem knowledgeable the rest look like they are genuinely confused as to why they are there. The punch bags and studios are welcome addition. Ultimately its hard to really grumble with the kit and facilities for less than £20 a month so as long as you can tolerate the kids it's a thumbs up.

Value for money with no commitment - ABSOLUTELY!!!! 1st X-Fit class in 5 months done and dusted today with new instructor Sean - absolutely beasted - but so much fun Keep up the good work guys!

Fantastic experience: Great new gym. Looking forward to the next few months here. Functional fitness? Yes. Powerlifting? Yep? CrossFit? Bodybuilding? Aesthetics? Cardio? All here. Also, the changing rooms have ice showers and a sauna, and all for about 18 cups of coffee a month. And who drinks 18 cups of coffee in one sitting? PROUST!?

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I had my 1st day back after covid and whilst the gym was busy, everyone is doing their bit to clean machines after use and cleaning staff are everywhere....now i have no excuse not to shift this "Covid weight", wish me luck!
