Fantastic experience: Good gym great price lots of very good free weights and machines for you to use plenty of classes for you to take like Les Mills combat and Bodypump Insanity and lots of other classes. Great staff would recommend to anybody wanting to i well stocked gym for a great price

Fantastic experience: I joined after Christmas as part of a new fitness regime and I love it. I tend to do the classes. They're great fun. I need pushing to increase my fitness levels. And this certainly does the job.

Fantastic experience: The gym is a large space with multiple machines and areas to use. Staff are friendly and there are a few vending machines to use.

Fantastic experience: Huge gym inside with pleanty of equipment. Even at peak times I don't think you'd have any trouble getting on anything. Equipment is always clean and well maintained. Pleanty of parking too. I can't fault the place.

Fantastic experience: Big open gym, lots of cardio equipment and will be even better now the pointless covid restrictions are lifted. Only downside and this true of all gyms are the inconsiderate members who hog a machine while just sitting looking at their phone.

Positive experience: Only been today for the first time after work at 4:30. I was really surprised as this gym wasn't busy. It's Friday and still pandemic days but still. This place is massive inside so I was really pleased how all exercise machines are split across the whole floor. It's all clean and looks safe so easy 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Lots of equipment especially for cardiovascular exercises. Comprehensive weights too on machines and large area for free weights. Very cheap compared to lots of other places.

Fantastic experience: The service I receive as a customer is just as good if not better than other gyms at a much better price. It is also very easy to gain access to the gyms for both disabled and non disabled customers alike, which is something I am very impressed with. Overall as someone who has had gym memberships with countless other gym companies, Fitness4less is without a doubt the first choice I would go with when recommending a new gym for friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Only been 3 times and its amazing! The staff are very helpful and make you feel welcome. The equitment is the best i’ve seen. I definitely recommend this gym to anyone because theres plently to do to keep yourself busy.

Fantastic experience: Cannot fault the gym plenty of equipment, friendly staff, good atmosphere, i know if you need advice then you can just ask the staff who are very knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym for only £9.99 a month. Equipment and layout I think is the best around from others I’ve been to and that includes the likes of David Lloyd etc Class times could be a little better as used to have some good circuit training classes at 8:30pm, which was ideal and always busy.

Fantastic experience: The gym opens at 6am so I am able to workout before I start work. There is a great choice of equipment and I never struggle to get on the equipment I want to use. The classes are very good and the instructors are very good at motivating the people attending their class.

Fantastic experience: The Gym provides everything that I need in one place for a varied workout and nothing that I don't such as Sauna's and badminton courts etc. Although I don't generally use the classes they are a great way to mix up your workout and I may well start using using soon.

Fantastic experience: Good range of classes . Friendly instructors. Ability to go to 2 gyms near by. Easy free parking . Excellent communication. Texts and emails to keep you reminded of classes booked. Encouragements via email. Excellent value for money so you don't feel guilty spending too much money on yourself each month.

Fantastic experience: This training facility is extremely well equipped with top quality machines and free weights at an extremely low membership fee. Furthermore it is constantly kept clean and well maintained. If you are the type of person who prefers class work, well there are multiple choices. There is also a Physio on site, hopefully I don't need it , but nice to know they are there if I do. One negative, it would be nice to have some really big clocks with second hand around the walls. Other than that, I can't fault it.

Fantastic experience: Hard to fault. Enormous, cool and spacious with plenty of staff and clean changing rooms. 2 of every machine, over 30 benches for free weights, a large resistance training/floor area, an interactive cycling area for spin classes and a women only section. There is also a good sized hard floor room for the free classes, a fighting ring and two lunch bags.

Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym at the back end of last year. It's a really great gym. The staff are friendly and there's a nice mixture of members. The equipment is plentiful and there is a generous mix of cardio machines and free weights. The cleanliness of the place is exceptional. Don't be put of by the low cost.......it's great value and has everything you need.

Changing facilities include showers, hairdryers, lockers, all kept immaculately clean. Free and ample car parking at both gyms. Friendly staff and PT available at good rates. Great atmosphere and gym ethos...always clean and tidy, all users respectful of each other. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: What I like about x4l is that for starters it is very good value for money it is up to date with its new equipment and if you are new to exercising thay have personal trainers to show you how to get started and thay also have spin classes over all it is really good value for money if you are thinking off joining a gym you should check out X4L at royal queys north Shields
