Fantastic experience: Started Attending CrossFit Tamworth around 4 weeks ago because I just couldn’t motivate myself to go to my normal gym to do another lazy work out on my own or go running on my own. I’ve been welcomed by everyone who attends the classes and everyone is always there to help and explain workouts and their meanings (there’s a lot to take in). It’s a really friendly fun atmosphere. I’ve used gyms all over Ashby, Burton and Swadlincote but this is the most fun, friendly and energetic one I’ve come across!! The coaching staff Tom and Mark have been nothing but amazing. Making sure lifts are done correctly, explaining and giving me their time during sessions so I’m lifting correctly and safety. Can’t recommend this to enough people. It’s what I’ve been looking for for a long time. I thought I was fit-ish before attending but my god it’s a different level of fitness. If you’re looking for a fun place to push yourself and enjoy working out then this is the place. Thank you all Andrew

Fantastic experience: I joined Crossfit Tamworth almost a year ago after the first lockdown. I had gone to a non-Crossfit gym for around ten years and got to the point of always doing the same workouts & had plateaued with my strength. Since coming to CFT I have hit PB after PB, learnt new skills, made good friends and now look forward to training again. The coaches are always ready to answer my questions and the community vibe is fab. Would recommend to anyone wanting to up their existing fitness in a competitive but friendly environment!

The coaches support you to hit your goals whether they are strength, gymnastic or general fitness based whilst keeping things fun and social with all members. Fantastic experience: I’m 3 weeks in and I absolutely love this place! Always heard mixed things about CrossFit but I took a leap of faith and haven’t been disappointed so far. Had 5 PT sessions with Hannah who really pushed me, the other coaches are great too and there’s a real community feel to the whole place. Fantastic experience: Attended site for the no Sweat introduction and after being shown the packages by the kind professional staff and also seeing a class in action, decided to sign up, managed to squeeze in a PT session before lockdown 2.0, it was the best all round work out i have had in years, during lockdown, there has been interactive groups and workouts, id fully recommend as very welcoming and great interaction even with a complete newbie like myself

Fantastic experience: I have been going to CrossFit Tamworth for over a year now and have loved every second. At first I was quite nervous to try CrossFit but after diving in I don't regret it. The coaches are friendly and really know their stuff, they have taught me all of the movements and help me to improve my technique every session. They have also helped me to work towards my goals, like gaining strength and muscle mass, and have advised me on the right nutrition to fuel my training.
