Fantastic experience: Was in town for a day and had a great time working out here. The facilities are top notch and loads of equipment. They have dedicated areas for stretching, compound lifts and kickboxing. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

They have many classes to choose from if that's your thing, my personal favourite is the nrg boot camp. Fantastic experience: Omg there's this guy Connor, he's like so amazing. He's a thorough personal trainer if you want a man to really work those muscles and get you in shape then he's the man for you. Lily on the other hand has the most amazing class on Fridays, she worked me so well making sure I had the right form. All around a great gym with great great instructors and classes, you will definitely find something and someone that works well for you.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with nrg watford service.. I came in yesterday with my friend and used the guest pass Friday which meant I was able to come down and train with him for free. I was approached at the front door by Connor a assistant manager at this gym , he was nice enough to show me around both floor's of this gym which I was blown away from . Two big size floor's with a wide range of equipment,I was also delighted to find out there was a sauna in this gym which my friend did not tell me about and was very upsetting as I did not bring no shorts to enter Apart from this great gym I was really happy with the experience Connor gave me yesterday. A big smile as soon as I rang the bell to showing me around the gym you could really tell he has a passion for his job and enjoys what he does which is great to see, he also showed me a very tuff bicep exercise which I am still suffering from this morning , from his services I will definitely be joining this gym and cancelling my current membership in hemel Hempstead Thank you for a great service

Fantastic experience: Very happily impressed with NRG Watford. I joined around 5 days ago and I have been everyday, they have a wide array of equipment, classes and activities to do there. As a "first in a while" timer it's always daunting to walk into a new gym and know that you're new and everyone else knows you're new but I was very well welcomed by Charlie who works there. He showed me around and then let me know what classes would likely interest me. Every staff member I have met has been very nice and polite and helpful! It's a very reasonably priced gym @ £18.99 with NO SIGN UP FEE! I signed my brother up too and I got a months free membership. Feel really good about my progression there and the 24h access is just amazing as I work late often! Strongly Recommend :)

Fantastic experience: What can I say, perfect gym? Absolutely. I started about 2 weeks ago, I've had 4 months free for signing up 4 friends (didn't know I had four friends) and I've been smashing it! I've had Conner Cook who is one of the PT's there help me out with my technique, diet plans and much more. His classes are so intense but it's the kick start I need, I need no incentive to go because every session hurts a bit more the harder I push myself but feels so rewarding at the end of it. Conner has especially helped me and my brother who suffers with Autism gain a lot more confidence and really helping us achieve our goal of weight loss and better cardio/core strength. The perfect introduction to fitness, be sure to check him out. Fantastic experience: The whole NRG Team @ Watford are fantastic and this is an amazing gym and would recommend! Bee, Charlie and all the crew are doing a phenomenal job. I simply love the spin classes led by Florin and Cleo and if you ain't tried them, please do give it a go! They are all so great and supportive, push you to do your best, and overall it is a great experience to get fit and healthy!!!

Fantastic experience: Me being new to the place of Watford, worth mentioning are the Group Classes that are held at the NRG Watford Gym - This goes as per my order of preference -- 1. BOOTCAMP by Conner Cook ( Tuesdays & Sundays), 2. SPIN by Cloepatra Bartley (Mondays & Thursdays), 3. CIRCUIT by Jordan Emmanuel (Thursdays) , 4. KETTLE BELL by Charlie Chin (Fridays).. Weekday morning classes are at 10 am which is not possible for many people to join including me .. may be if an earlier slot of 7/8 am could be done. On the other GYM Equipment, some needs to be replaced here and there, which is a progressive task and the Gym authorities are doing their Best.. The best part is the GYM is at good hands with its General Manager - BEE !! OVERALL a THUMBSUP and 5 STAR to TEAM NGR WATFORD !! LOVE U ALL !!

Fantastic experience: I enjoy going to this gym I was a member since they first opened but I stopped going because of lack of friendly staff. But after a year I became a member again and it was totally different atmosphere new machines and new staff l really enjoying myself now better than before I would like to thanks one particular member of staff Mr Charlie his always talking to us and asking questions about any improvements I am glad to see someone like him working in this gym I would like to thanks him for all his efforts to keep this gym going. Overall I like working out in NRG gym Watford.

Fantastic experience: First thing I would like to share is never trust Google reviews on a gym until you go and visit the establishment yourself i was wrong for reading bad reviews on this gym and doubting , as soon as I walked into the gym I was welcomed by Conner. (a personal trainer in the gym) asking how my day is going so far today and what would I be training myself today he also gave me some tips on new exercises and also corrected my form in some exercises thank you The gym is in high standards from tissues and sprays put all around the gym to clean once we’ve finished on the equipment to then great music playing in the background to get me pumped for the workout The gym seems like everybody’s knows each other and are very welcoming towards each other, a great thing to walk into when training by yourself 5* and more will happily be back tomorrow Thank you Conner and the rest of the team for making me feel welcome each times I come In

Fantastic experience: I have just finished up Sunday workout at nrg Watford and wanted to share my positive experience .. I came into the gym from 9am this morning and was delighted to see the staff member on shift cleaning down the treadmills as I use the treadmill frequently and I am happy to know they are kept clean for the next person use. The music was great from when I came in up until I left, wasn’t so loud but also not so quiet with a good wide range of music to keep me motivated throughout my workout friendly staff on shift (Conner) going around talking to members making them feel part of the gym family and at home it’s really good to see and rare as many gyms have rude staff so thanks again Will be back tomorrow

Fantastic experience: It is a fantastic gym! It has great equipment and a few areas you can go and workout - two only women areas and 2 big floors! I really enjoyed going there and it has amazing membership offers. Also, the biggest plus is that it's open 24/7 so you can choose the moment in a day you can do your exercises, which means no excuse for not working out.

Fantastic experience: I gave this gym a try last week. The atmosphere was great and I liked the equipments, the staff was really friendly and helpful as well. I will join when my current membership ends at the gym I used to go, not because the previous gym is not as good as NRG, but as a refresh and to have the chance to use more equipments in the different areas.

Fantastic experience: I had issues since I joined a week ago with various things. I spoke with Bee, the general manager who answered the questions I had. After my session she then spent some time with me getting my account straight and double checking everything on my side worked. Didn't have the best of starts but Bee sorted it.

Fantastic experience: Cleo is an amazing spin instructor at NRG. The vibes in her class are always on point! She is always happy and enthusiastic which makes the class even more enjoyable! If you haven’t been to one of her classes yet, you are missing out!

Fantastic experience: I decided to join a gym while here in Watford for a study abroad work program from the US. Let me just say that joining NRG was the best decision! The other local gyms could not compare. I’ve been a member for a month now so writing this review comes easy. First off from day one the staff was extremely helpful. Charlie is the go-to man if you want to know the ends and out of the gym. And then there is Conner! Everyone should be asking for him. His workout class on Sundays will definitely leave you sweaty and sore, but for a beginner like myself, it is worth trying out! I also started to do personal training with Conner and have noticed a big change in myself for the better in just a short period of time. The man is the nicest personal trainer I have ever had, that still gets clients results, which is hard to find if you ask me lol. Overall NRG is great and I can’t wait to see my results once my time is up.

Fantastic experience: NRG is gym is fantastic place to train. Full of top quality equipment including an amazing functional area upstairs. A large range of classes which are led by welcoming and experienced staff. This gym also has a women’s only area and also women only classes, which is a great benefit. The staff are all fun and lively and the management team is always very supportive. Bee and Charlie are always willing to help with any issues relating to the gym. There are many cleaning stations to help members clean up after using the equipment. Another benefit is it is open 24 hours, even over the festive period. I would recommend this fun, lively and amazing gym to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Bee the manager and Charlie the assistant manager of NRG are the best! As a woman finding a good gym that you feel comfortable working out is really hard, Bee is the one that help me from the beginning till now! The gym had two female zones and of course Bee is always next to me observing making sure I train the right way, as a manager she takes the extra mile and makes sure i always feel comfortable and That I always train the correct way! Bee is actually the reason that I cancel my membership in another gym in Watford! Great person and an amazing professional! Asset for the company! Can thank Bee enough for her help!

Fantastic experience: This has been a loooooong time coming. I've been going to this gym from the first day it opened. It's like a family in there. They remember your name to the point they greet you when you come in. The other guys and gals who use the gym are friendly and will offer a hand if you need. My 16yo son goes there now and sometimes by himself. Sometimes twice a day! Bee is always there, man. She's so helpful and will keep the cleanliness levels high and their choice of music is always spot on. All this and I haven't even got to the facilities. They have a womens only area, quality equipment, MMA upstairs in a newly refurbed section. These guys are constantly looking to improve too. Honestly, it's a reasonable price, 24 hours and the classes will push you like you wouldn't believe. I've just come from there and I can't wait for the next session. What are you waiting for?
