Fantastic experience: Love the place, great atmosphere, friendly staff always willing to help an the equipment is amazing, would recommend this place to anyone, a gym that caters for beginners and the experienced.

Fantastic experience: I have been involved in the fitness industry for 10 years now. As a personal trainer myself, I always find something I don’t like about a gym. Until I went to Arnoulds! Firstly the equipment is up to date, immaculate and has every piece you could possibly need. The staff are very friendly and members are welcoming!(no snarlers) The overall cleanliness of the gym is like no other, SLOTLESS 24/7! They offer a good range of classes and PT services! No chance I will be moving gyms anytime soon, I’ve found my home!

Fantastic experience: Signed up in December and it is honestly best equipment I've used. It's another level and looking for to every training session now. Staff are always friendly.

Fantastic experience: I've tried a few gyms over the years and used to get very nervous going in (as I'm a bit bigger than the usual gym regular!). But, after trying these out on a few day passes, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, it's very laid back, doesn't feel judgey, you can hide round corners/upstairs etc if you're feeling extra anti-social (or make friends just as easily!). I've now become a member and really enjoy going; you're made to feel very welcome and that, to me, is very important. Thanks Emma, Gary and all the Staff.

Fantastic experience: Left total fitness after 17 years to join this family run gym, having dealing with injuries for years and reluctantly having a shoulder replacement at 35, I thought my days where numbered , but this gym made my training joyful again. , Very clean, precision equipment on joints and weights where put back on stands/ racks , staff are at hand for new beginners , and decent PT on board for advice reach your goals you want to achieve , friendly through out , highly recommend a visit if haven’t done so all ready , will not be disappointed

Fantastic experience: Started a few months ago and was extremely anxious my first time. I'd been to a lot of gyms with toxic gym culture and always felt really uncomfortable and ended up leaving or to be honest feeling intimateded. Arnoulds gym is deliberately friendly and makes a keen point in making sure everyone, at all points of their fitness journey, welcome. I really look forward to my workouts now and it also helps that the members are super friendly and the gym is really spacious and clean! I love coming here and recomend everyone does too!

Fantastic experience: First of all I would like to thank Gary Arnould for the support he has personally shown me ... as a man with bad mental health problems gary and other staff have been brilliant.. my medication made me extremely over weight, but now with a strict diet and consistency of training at 6am has changed me... my mental health issues will never go but this gym has been blessing and highly recommend for all people with any issue ...

Fantastic experience: I have been to so many gyms over the years and then joined Arnold’s with my sister 2 months ago and we honestly couldn’t be happier when working out! It really is the best gym by far! Everyone is so friendly and the personal training is absolutely amazing! Working with Lucy has enhanced my confidence in the gym and she has been a legend so thank you! We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! Love the fact it’s family run and friendly! You guys should be very proud :)

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t stepped foot in the gym for around 5 years and desperately wanted to get back into it and improve my fitness. 4 months on and I never dreamed I would be the girl who is at the gym every morning at 5:30! Even on my day off! I love the atmosphere, it’s like you’ve stepped into a ready made family, full of love, fun and support.

Your never left to work out the equipment on your own, induction, nutrition and calorie intake is all worked out for you to follow at no extra cost. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly gym users.
