Fantastic experience: Best gym in Braintree The equipment range is brilliant. Me and my husband really enjoy using the deadlift platform. Good choice of classes, easy to book on the app Amazing staff and PTs.always greeted with a smile and everyone remembers your name. Just finished a 6 week block of PT sessions with gracie- she is fab!

Fantastic experience: Have recently joined Energie Fitness Braintree. Lovely gym with all that you need. They’ve even phoned me to check I am happy so far and if I have any queries. Staff are super friendly. I am currently having PT sessions with Gracie. I’ve never had a PT session in my life so found it all quite daunting Gracie was lovely and really put me at ease. Always on hand with any queries I have including suggestions of what to eat when I go out. Couldn’t ask for more and am looking forward to to training with her more.

Fantastic experience: Never joined a gym before, was felt so nervous and on edge to join but the staff here are so lovely and welcoming. You get such a friendly greeting from Alisha on reception every time, and from each of the amazing personal trainers. Each person treats you with upmost respect and supportive, always on hand with advice and information! Always leave with a smile on my face. And also cannot fault the amazing énergie community, we’re all like an extended family - full of such bright and funny people!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. The best one around. Always kept clean, loads and loads of classes and the equipment is the best. I also have PT at the gym with Tommy who is amazing. Best PT I have ever had. Been seeing him for 4 weeks now and have seen massive improvements in my fitness. Can’t recommend the gym or Tommy enough.

Fantastic experience: Having PT with Gracie … she is amazing !! Sessions are hard , but not impossible !! She listens ( to my constant moaning ) & really encourages you when you feel like giving up . He has a huge range of knowledge across the field. Genunine passion to help people achieve their goals and pushing the best they can be.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with great facilities and all classes included with your membership cost! 24/7 key fob access and good staffing levels during the day. I can highly recommend Gracie as one of the personal trainers there and I have been working with her since I joined in October 2021. Both the staff and other members are all very friendly and helpful, and it is a great environment to work out in!

Fantastic experience: I train with ty og have done for the last 3 months he has helped me so much to get the physic I wish for I couldn't recommend such a good pt in all aspects training diet and mental stability

Fantastic experience: Great gym, lots of good equipment and free weights. Been a member since its first opened in 2020, I'd highly recommend this gym to anyone. Staff are great, really helpful and are always on hand to show you how to use the equipment if your new to the gym. I've had PT with Gracie who is awesome!, she has been a massive help in getting me more motivated to get stronger. Since having PT with Gracie I've noticed huge improvements in my strength training and results. Would highly recommend Gracie to anyone who is interested in having a PT.

Fantastic experience: I’ve used a number of gyms over the years, but I’ve never felt at home at any of them until now. The members at Énergie are lovely and genuinely supportive, and all of the trainers are fantastic, especially Gracie. She knows what you’re capable of even if you don’t yet and encourages & pushes you to reach your goals and set new ones. I can see me being a member here for many years to come

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever been too! Staff are very friendly and welcoming, great atmosphere too! I have been having PT sessions with Tommy for the last 6 months. If you are interested in having PT sessions, I really recommend Tommy! He is very patient, teaches you well, explains and shows you every exercise and always pushing you out of your comfort zone, I have learnt a lot and feeling more confident than ever before.

Gracie was first to welcome me and show me around, signed me up for 6 sessions and I kid you not, Iv never felt better. Her body combat classes are also mega fun, she really puts a lot of umphhh into it

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym in Braintree and I know many others will agree! I've tried and tested most and have ended up leaving within a year, I've now been a member here since before they officially opened in the summer of 2020! Not only that, but I am using the gym consistently and have seen and continue to see huge changes in my physique, ability and confidence...that is with huge thanks to every single member of staff with their endless encouragement, the member are pretty damn good too!

Fantastic experience: The staff are all very friendly. Nice to see plenty of provision for social distancing and cleaning down the equipment after use. Gym is well equipped and kept very clean. Very pleased to be a member.

Fantastic experience: Énergie is by far the best gym I’ve ever been to! The staff are so friendly and very helpful and the classes are amazing! It’s a very clean gym with very good equipment to! Good price and free parking as well! Most gyms feel intimidating to go into but Énergie feels like a community! They care a lot about their members, I would highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: Good range of equipment, staff all really friendly, good music playing, and they're doing really well dealing with current circumstances.

Positive experience: Manager helpful polite full of knowledge. I joined on friday, due to start training today and getting to know what the vibe is like in the place. Gym has new equipment, the phone app works well gives good estimate of how many people in the building so i can judge busy times, as this is detected by swiping in. Its 24hrs with cameras and security watching over night.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, only request would be if there were more mirrors. People like to look at themselves front different angles when working out to see which muscles are working

Fantastic experience: In the past seventeen years,I have been a member of two gyms in Chelmsford (one for ten years),one in Maldon,one in Witham and three others in Braintree. Énergie Braintree is fantastic,friendly staff and the members are friendly and good fun too.The hour slots enable me to get all my workouts done,and exchange a tiny bit of banter with the other members. The equipment is up to date and high quality,the members and staff alike are very conscientious when I comes to disinfecting the equipment after use. I can see Énergie Braintree attracting many new members,also members from existing gyms in the area. Value for money,convenient,professional and good fun. Well done to all concerned,and thanks.

Fantastic experience: Very nice gym with great management and staff. What inspired me to write this review was the courage and selflessness of the owners during the lockdown period. They devoted their time to getting food for the vulnerable and providing much needed help to the community. Kudos to the owners for that, we need more businesses which care about the community.

Fantastic experience: Used to br a member at one of your previous sites in london and have now relocated to braintree so cant wait to join this site. Energie fitness is great company so will be nice. When are you guys opening?

Fantastic experience: Although a little smaller than gyms I have been a member of before it had everything you needed and the app letting you know how many people are there plus booking slots is great. It was very clean and every one was diligently cleaning there station down after use. Lots of parking and the changing cubicles were nice and clean with showers that were very good. I would definitely recommend it here for all types of gym goers.
