Fantastic experience: Very nice, very clean,however very cold when you enter the water but it warms up after a few lenghs. Staff were friendly and a good place. Very pleased:)

Fantastic experience: Had my first experience of the swimming centre today, excellent facilities and professional and friendly staff.Water the right temperature. My grand children have started lessons they think its great.

Fantastic experience: Easy access great staff. Went there for kayaking with Braintree Canoe Club. Fab time.

Fantastic experience: Atlast found a place to get kids to resume swimming. Searched many clubs around and was struggling with timings. Staff and coaches very polite and encouraging. It can busy really busy during school days, especially between 3-5.30 in the evenings. Have an online portal, which will give child's progress. Some of the coaches don't update it meticulously, but some are very prompt.

Positive experience: Pool seemed nice, staff chatting amongst themselves about last night at reception not very attentive, but noticed most people had to speak to reception staff first to be acknowledged. Attended swimming lessons with grandson consistency with instructors would be good. Clean enough though.

Fantastic experience: A very good swimming pool. Ideal for lane swimming and exercise. Not terribly great for teenagers more ideal for toddlers in the shallow fun area. Mainly a fitness and swimming club pool though.

Fantastic experience: My 2 year old loves the swimming pool here as it's not just your standard rectangle pool. She loves the slide! Great baby pool- and it's nice and warm!

Fantastic experience: Great visit with my 3yr old to this swimming pool. Felt really safe with lots of life guards. Play pool was nice and warm with water slide and shower areas. Lots of floats and toys provided in the pool as well. Spent over 2hrs as the youngster didn't want to leave!!

Fantastic experience: This is a very well organised, clean and family orientated facility. This was my first visit. I took my daughter with my sister in law and nephews. On a grey day in the summer holidays we were expecting it to be busy. It was pretty busy, but the pool operates a timing system and only let's people in every half hour, after the previous people have left. We had an hour for swimming. There is a great childrens pool, with floats, a slide and a water feature to amuse children. It is not a deep pool and my 4 year old nephew was never out of his depth. The lifeguards are very alert at all times. I will definitely visit here again.
