It was very easy to sign in, the guy at the reception was very polite and friendly, We were able to leave our belongings wherever we were and be comfortable with it. The music was also very helpful to give myself motivation. Will achieve weight loss

Fantastic experience: Been training here 3 years, what it lacks in size it makes up for in quality, staff are amaizng, always clean, great variety of strong equipment, big enough not to be overcrowded especially at peak times. Cheap membership. Overall, great place to train!

Fantastic experience: Great gym at a great price. The machines are really good. Well suited to the heavy lifter (not me) but the lighter lifter (me) can feel comfortable there too. 24 hr keypad or finger print access. Really good spin bikes as well as treadmills and cross trainers.
