Fantastic experience: I so so miss this gym and big Rab. I trained years until i had a serious motorcycle accident and it ruined my life. Lost bones and been in wheelchair over a year but im determined to get back to this brilliant gym someday soon. Best gym on the island by far.

Fantastic experience: Best gym i have ever been to. the equipment is so good and you can tell that this gym isn’t just a business but it’s a family. had to cancel my membership due to issues of travel, but when that issue is solved i’ll 1000% be coming back. cheaper than any puregym on direct debit, and it’s 10x the gym. the owner (Rab) is so caring and understanding for any issues you may find. all members of staff are so welcoming. will be back definitely

Fantastic experience: A Proper Gym if you are looking to go in and get your workout done. Spoilt for choice with equipment so you can have no excuses. Might not have fancy showers or locker rooms but if you just want to go in and get a proper session done you can't go wrong in this place and the price is fantastic too.

Rab the owner was happy to show me machines and how they worked.. never seen so many!! Can’t wait to get back as I know I’ll get the help I need to achieve my goals of fat loss. Fantastic experience: Honestly the best gym that I have ever been too. The machines are kept clean and tidy, the staff treat you like family. If you need anything all you need to do is ask. With this gym I found was that you dont get that judged feeling, you walk in have a chat do your work out and enjoy being there. They offer shakes, bars, pre-workout shakes, advice on machines and a chat if you want. Honestly the best gym out there and for the price it's amazing only £14.99 a month and they offer so many other payment plans too. Seriously get down and sign up. Maybe ill see ya in there.

Fantastic experience: I've been traveling the world for over a year now, and I've rarely had access to a gym so well equipped. Multiple squat racks and barbells with plenty of weights. When you consider the reasonable membership prices, including month-to-month and day pass options, you really have to consider this gym world-class. Maybe it's the endorphins, since I just finished a workout there, but I am rightly impressed.

Fantastic experience: Great place took up cycling and was getting to skinny and feeling weak! This place has everything to change that without doubt great setup everything you could ever need from cardio to serious weights! Loving it and staff are great it’s becoming a slight obsession already hopefully stays that way P.S want the nicest protein on the planet buy some creamy toffee pudding from there supplies lol bloody great stuff :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent facilities at the gym and a really nice atmosphere. The owner, Rab, is a top bloke and works really hard to keep expanding the gym equipment. To top it off it ' also one of the cheapest gyms around!

Fantastic experience: Proper gym. Smart use of space. Everything you need. Well maintained, clean equipment. I was staying in the city centre , its only a 25 minute walk to the gym ( and beautifully scenic). Five pound well spent.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of gym dock from January. It's now my second home. I love the atmosphere, the members help eachother out and everything you need to achieve your goals is under one roof and for a very reasonable membership price too. I would recommend this gym to anyone. It really does cater for all.
