Fantastic experience: 3months into being a bfit member...athlete and build classes keep me motivated during the week and I look forward to them after work, time to switch off and work hard! One of my favourites is a Saturday morning class, brilliant atmosphere, a tough session and the best way to start your weekend. I am SO glad I joined Bfit

Fantastic experience: Today marks 6 full weeks since I joined up. Couldn't recommend highly enough. I think I've tried nearly every class there is going and I have enjoyed all of them. I struggle to train independently during my off season so classes were a big win for me. The classes are varied and all the BFIT team are so good at making sure you're doing every exercise the right way to receive maximum benefit. No matter if you're coming from a sports background, are a seasoned gym veteran or just looking to make a lifestyle change, this is the place to go. I'm confident the guys will look after you.

Fantastic experience: Best powerlifting gym going. Plenty of racks plenty of space and staff are more than inviting! There's a tyre and sled for god's sake. Doesn't get any better than that !

Fantastic experience: This place is great fun, but when you need that extra heavy lift or that tough spin class this gym beats all. There's enough going on here that you'll never get bored. Fair play to the lads for the setup. Well impressed.

Fantastic experience: I tried cryotherapy and it was fantastic. the pool is in a private room and the jets turn off after 10 mins so you don't stay too long though I would suggest a shower and towels are provided.but recommend this for any injury.

Positive experience: Great gym and even better pt's however the changing facilities are rubbish and some of the free weights are not fit for purpose and badly need replaced

They help to identify your goals and set out a realistic plan to achieve them. And best of all: no floor to wall length mirrors for people to stand and obsess over their own appearance!
