Fantastic experience: I have been a member of CF72 Fitness for about a year now. The transformation in my fitness and wellbeing is more than I could have ever have imagined. The quality, encouragement, enthusiasm and professional support from the coaches are second to none. All of the members are friendly, welcoming and Also encouraging. CF72 has a variety of classes to suit all ages from teens to 100 I highly recommend CF72 fitness. Keep up the hard work

Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym in the area. I’ve tried a few and CF72 Fitness wins hands down. Whether it is the attentive and skilled coaches, amazing atmosphere, top quality equipment or the outstanding community, you would be hard pushed to find a better gym in all of South Wales! I joined nearly 3 years ago and have loved every minute. The classes are friendly and welcoming no matter what your ability level. The expert guidance from the staff and support from the community will have you completing workouts you never thought possible. I genuinely love this place. Give it a go. What have you got to loose?

Fantastic experience: In 2017 a friend of mine told me about crossfit, I had never heard of it before and thought I'd give it a go... I had put on a lot of weight and just felt bad about myself . I looked up the crossfit and found Crossfit llantristant/Cf72 and made the call. I never knew what to expect when I walked through the door but was met by the nicest bunch of people I have ever met and now call my friends, CF72 didnt only change my body it changed my mindset my attitude and mood. I felt amazing and just couldn't wait to go again!! Unfortunately I was in an car accident which hit me for 6 and couldn't attend but after a break I was welcomed back home at CF72 with open arms, and have that amazing feeling about myself again. I highly recommend CF72 to all ages and abilities but comes with a warning it's very addictive Good things come to those who sweat x

I needn’t have had that fear though; the people there are amazing, the coaching is incredible and it transformed me both physically and mentally. I urge anyone to just give it a go. You’ll get hooked, get fitter and will look forward to going to the gym again.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough wonderful things about CF72-Fitness. CF72-Fitness They have everything you need, ample of space, facilities, clean, professional, and super encouraging atmosphere, there are a variety of age's and fitness levels attending the classes, so there are never any feelings of embarrassment because of your ability or inability to do something. Everyone is absolutely great, members and PT coaches are very welcoming, motivating and laid back. The coaches are also extremely knowledgeable and very mindful of correct weight-lifting technique. They breakdown the movements into simple steps in order to develop proper form and avoid injury. I've been at CF72-Fitness for approx 3 years now, I started on the 8 week plan to lose weight, gain strength and confidence, one of the best decision of my life the only thing that has worked for me, Ever since I've been at CF72-Fitness I've gained the strength and confidence I've always wanted I work out 4-5 some times 6 days a week. CF72-Fitness has been a massive part of changing my life. I'm addicted!!! A big thank you!! by keeping the classes running via Zoom, support and motivation, also loaning out equipment during the COVID19 crisis,

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training here for around 4 years now, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Coaches are brilliant and friendly, as are all the other members. There’s so much encouragement doesn’t matter where you are with your fitness.

Fantastic experience: I've been training with this amazing bunch, members and coaches alike, for neaely 3 and a half years now. I've been supported safely while training through a pregnancy, reintroduced gently 4 months after giving birth, completed in events with fellow members and full encouragement from all, and had some smashing social events. The moral is just as high during the 6am class as it is at the 6pm class with this range of personalities. Training in CF72 is challenging, and that's the point; it's motivating, suitable for all abilities, engaging, and most importantly, it's rewarding - physically and mentally.

Fantastic experience: I started here for an 8 week programme last year & havent looked back since. Cf72 Fitness is an incredibly motivating place to train. Everyone is so welcoming & encouragement is always 100%! The coaches are amazing & knowledgeable & give all the support you need to help with movements/technique.
