You'll find the gym on the Laganbank Retail Park on Laganbank Road, opposite Lisburn Library and near to the police station and Lagan Valley Hospital. If you fancy a cardio warm-up before you come in for a workout, we're a two-minute walk away from the city centre. If you're coming by car, pop BT28 1XZ into your SatNav and park in the car park outside the gym for free for up to 3 hours. If you would like to stay longer than 3 hours, charges will apply. Please refer to the signage in the car park for further details. As for public transport, bus numbers 530 and 532 will drop you off nearby on Linenhall Street.

Positive experience: Great place, with lots of equipment, not as much as some other pure gym locations but more than most of the local gyms! It can get busy but their app let's you know how many people are in the gym before you go which is useful! Just wish they would fix the air con in the weight room!
