Having worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years in many different capacities I have really seen and done it all, and to fully bring out the best in people it’s all about the environment, and that place for me is the Hive!

Fantastic experience: Loooove the Hive and our Queen Bee Angie!! Female only fitness studio with a range of different work outs. Dancing, weights, strength/toning and pole classes. Monthly membership or single classes available. Found this environment to be much more welcoming than attending a gym and the support from Angie is amazing ❤
