The Bar is your state of the art Health & Fitness Gym, located in Maghera in the heart of Mid Ulster. The gym is managed by our Family with Health and Fitness at the forefront of everything we do. With the best Equipment and a friendly welcoming  atmosphere , making it the perfect Place for your Health and Fitness Journey. We have a fully functioning gym including ISO strength machines, free weights, strength and conditioning and cardio suite. To compliment this we have modern and stylish changing and shower rooms, along with a sunbed for members and non members to avail off. Before or after your workoout or just drop by to have a Greenbean ® artisan coffee or protein treat while relaxing in our welcoming coffee area.
