Fantastic experience: I've just joined had my first workout on Thursday morn really enjoyed it. The staff was lovely and very helpful.

Fantastic experience: Have been going to curves for 7 years on and off love it as I keep going back I find the coaches are very motivating and helpful and the other girls that attend are great. I find it fits easily into my daily routine as it only takes up 30 minutes of your day and it really tones you and when you have finished your workout you feel so much better for doing it. Would recommend to any women of any age. Its great to be at curves.
