Fantastic experience: We attended the Active Tots play group with my 7month old little boy. It was lovely to interact with other mums and little ones. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: COVID centre, very welcoming, the staff are friendly and it's so organized we were in and out within 20 minutes. Have no fear get vaccinated here

Fantastic experience: Really well organised. Only downside the "official" car park for it not well sign posted and remember to get your ticket "verified" at reception to get free parking

Fantastic experience: I went for my vaccine I believe it ran very smoothly. Have been attending the measure centre/pool all my life and now take my children here and had their birthday parties here. I have also been part of the tattoo convention help here and the staff couldn't have been more helpful to us show runners

Fantastic experience: I went there for my Covid vaccination well organized and from previous experiences well sorted and a pleasure to visit great swimming pool as well parking can be awkward set in the centre of Newport close to top shops but multi-story car park adjacent to it

Fantastic experience: Five stars. Would get vaccinated there again. Sadly the pool was closed on the day I visited. Also, some kind of medical conference restricted access to the badminton courts. Slightly inconvenient, but my shoulder was quite painful anyway. Will be visiting again soon hopefully! (Seriously, though - a big thank you to all of the Newport Centre and NHS staff involved).

Fantastic experience: A perfect experience. Efficient, caring, helpful, kind, nothing too much trouble, clear instructions and explanations. I applaud the NHS and all volunteers, they are doing a wonderful job in such extenuating circumstances.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely a most fantastic visit, on arrival security were really helpful showing me where to go ,once inside I was welcomed by a Mrs Plant ,who then helped me sanitize my hands took my temperature and then showed me where to go next ,then met a very polite young lady who took my Name and asked for my I d ,then told me where to go next ,another Lady then took all my contact details and showed me where to go next ,I then met another really nice Lady who asked me some health questions, and then said to me is it ok now for me to give you your Vaccination ,it was done perfectly and I felt nothing, she then asked if I would like to sit in a very large waiting area well ventilated for 15 minutes then if I still felt ok I could leave ,while I was waiting a few other really caring Ladys asked if everything was ok, I said yes thank you, when my 15 minutes where up I left ,What Fabulous helpful considerate and totally Professional people they have working at and for Newport Centre, I'd like to say a big thank you to all concerned

Fantastic experience: The whole event seemed well organised with many friendly helpful staff to guide us and ensure everything ran smoothly. They were reassuring and as speedy as possible. Impressive.

Fantastic experience: Came for my covid jab. Easiest way to venture in is to park in the Kingsway Car Park. The vaccination centre is signed posted throughout, but basically points you towards floor - 1. Follow the signs and you'll be there in no time. It's still quite busy but really well organised. All socially distanced, with a temp check and hand sanitiser given on arrival. You'll be told where to go and who to speak to each step of the way. Very friendly staff and NHS workers.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant 2 great classes zumba and pilates. Louise always bubbly and fun. Venue well organised and staff very helpful and polite.

Fantastic experience: For my COVID jab. Process very efficient. The staff were super friendly and competent. If anyone has any worries about going for your jab here, they are unfounded. I'd do it all again tomorrow, although it's apparently 12weeks.

Fantastic experience: Only took mum for her Vaccination , too many people in one place i felt, although saying that no more than a supermarket ,but you were indoors for 40 mins and a mix of age groups it should be over 80s, and key workers at different times or different days, hoping there will be more venues available and local for the second dose.

Fantastic experience: on the 10 of February I went to the centre to have my jab and I was more than happy they was very good with me and the way that it was played out in there was brilliant because no matter where u was in there u was not by eny one at eny time it made me feel safe and they was lovely to me

Fantastic experience: Really well organised! Excellent covid arrangements- apprehensive initially as haven't visited a gym since February but completely reassured once there. All equipment well spaced, light and airy spaces to train, including spin class. Plenty of cleaning materials available. Staff really welcoming and very helpful - excellent members' welcome by Terri too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Many activities possible including swimming and gym. Also concerts held. Parking is good with the Kingsway car park a stones throw away. Ticket validated to give some free parking time. Cafe with view of the pool.

Fantastic experience: The gym isn't huge but it's well equipped and spotless. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and sometimes I feel like I have a personal trainer. It's more pricey than others, but if you become a member you get a huge amount of classes, the pool and racquet sports included, and can use facilities across the 4 Newport live centres. Would recommend.

Fantastic experience: The city center is a good place to go with the family over the weekend! You can do swimming , badminton and lots more! You can sing up for karate classes for kids, plan birthday parties for young kids in the soft play, and after you've enjoyed your time there , you can go to the cafe and grab something nice to eat or drink!

Fantastic experience: A great music venue sue to it's small size, nothing beats being close to the band. Saw Kasabian here and they blew me away even more than at the bigger venues. Size isn't everything (so I'm told... often)

Fantastic experience: Has some great facilities in here. My girls go twice a week for gymnastics, my wife uses the gym, apart from all the clubs, you can simply go swimming or if you like gigging they have plenty of big name bands in there too. Plenty to do for all the family or individuals.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Marilyn Manson in dec 2017. Such a great intimate venue to see a show. Sound was great and the atmosphere fantastic!! Leisure centre staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful new shopping precinct. Full of restaurants of quality. Wonderful parking. Designed for wheel chairs with a lift from car park if required. Beautifully designed, well thought out. I enjoy coming here now.

Fantastic experience: Went to see a Busted concert here with my daughter who has a disability, it's all on the flat which was perfect, yes there is a balcony with a life to get there. Parking is opposite the leisure centre, which was also great. Staff were SO helpful, security were great too on the night. I have never been here before but would recommend it & will be returning.

Fantastic experience: It has several restaurants, all types of foods available. Minimum £6 for a good basic meal. Mexican latin European etc. Asian restaurants NOT available. Lot of shopping malls for clothes, shoes, and gadgets. But all are nearly 15% priced more than regular shops. Perfect hangout for youth and old aged.
