Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a year and a half now and its the best fitness class i have ever done! Plus the only fitness i have stuck too! The girls are all so friendly and make you feel welcomed. The instructor is friendly too and makes the time in classes to make sure she goes round everyone and helps with learning new things or things you are struggling on! I would not go anywhere else but here!!

Fantastic experience: I started attending head over heels 1 year ago and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. The instructors and other class members are so lovely and supportive. When I started I was very nervous about what the expected level of fitness and flexibility but there really is something for all levels of experience and fitness. Even if you think you’re “unfit”, “inflexible” or “uncoordinated” just come along. Fitness has never been so much fun.
